This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .

We spent 3 nights here with M Club lounge room. Everything was good. It's staff services, breakfast, and lounge access. We will definitely come back to stay in the future when we come to Jogja again.

We stayed 3 nights at the M Club room. All things were good. Next to the best mall in Jogja, the Pakuwan Mall. It's located just on the ring road. Quiet but busy area. Easy access to most places, 1 hour to Borobudur Temple, 30 minutes to Prabanan, and 25 minutes to the Malioboro area. Lounge access was good. Staff service was excellent. We were given a connecting room as requested. Will come to stay again for sure.

Location is abit far from center of Yogyakarta, but it has connecting mall right next to hotel. All facilities are nice and proper. Will love to stay here again.

Perfect serviced! arrived almost mid nights and the concierge staff observed "my tiring face" and offered me a pot of "hot tea" send to my room. Feeling warm and good care like at HOME!

The hotel was nice, it is located beside Pakuwon Mall Jogja. The room is spacious. But the toilet in my room was leaking a little bit.
Nevertheless it was a nice and pleasant stay.
