Had a wonderful stay here! Staffs are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a million dollar view at the convenient of our room balcony. The hotel also provides complimentary tea and desserts. Will definitely come back again!

設施：酒店內部五樓觀景台視野無敵，拍照打卡絕佳位置，關鍵是咖啡館也很漂亮，可以坐着看梅里雪山。衞生：乾淨明亮，配套用品也還不錯，對得起房間價格。環境：陽台直接對着雪山，床上躺着就可以看到日照金山，可以起早拍完回去繼續睡。服務：工作人員都很熱情，還有兩衹大狗狗也非常可愛，設定的一些活動，煙花、煨桑、雪山夜話都很不錯。還會推薦朋友選擇這裏看雪山。

房間設施都很新，整潔乾淨；洗浴熱水很好，洗護用品也都比較高檔，對得起酒店價格環境：現在是淡季，很安靜，s視野不錯但是天氣不好沒看到山，大堂温馨舒適，有兩衹友善的大狗服務：很好，接送很快，管家回覆各種需求都非常及時，每天都提醒參加特色活動早餐中規中矩，餐廳晚餐一般

管家升級了房間，體驗感很好。房間直麪雪山，無任何遮擋，靜靜坐在屋裡就可以看着外面的美景。洗護用品都是寶格麗，還提供一次性浴巾等衞生用品。我們自駕過來，有個小地庫可以停車，很方便，我看還有充電樁給來的電車充電。另外，在高海拔的地方，有電梯是多麼的重要。
