They also said that it only takes five minutes to walk to the viewing platform. I laughed. It actually takes more than ten minutes to walk down, and five minutes at most to the entrance of the scenic area. 2. The lights in the room are dim. 3. There is no floor heating! There is no floor heating! There is no floor heating! Obviously there is no floor heating, but they said they turned it on for us. They said that it would slowly heat up after waiting for two hours? Why did the floor heating I used before heat up in seconds? I kept contacting the front desk and was only told to wait for the floor heating to preheat. I had no choice but to wait for 52.5 hours and the floor was still cold. After urging again, they brought up the heater. The floor was still cold the next day after waking up. 4.
