We had a pleasant stay at Lostvilla. The hotel location is quite remote and should have the best view of the Meili Snow Mountain, however we were unfortunate to see the nice view due to cloudy day. Our room was spacious with a huge bath tub.
You can also do ******* rock carvings, mushroom foraging trip with a local villager (highly recommend if you want to see wild mushrooms) with a bit of hike.
During our stay, one of our rooms experienced some noise in the morning from a nearby construction. We appreciate the kind gesture from the hotel to remedy the situation.

可以説是此次行程中最出彩的酒店了，真的超級棒，不管是從裝修設計還是服務餐食都無可挑剔！因為是淡季，還免費給升級了房型，開窗就能看見梅里雪山！四樓露台也是看日照金山的絕佳位置！話不多説，直接上圖，真的超級值，還會再來！

選擇在生日這天入住大樂之野是為了能有一個美好的生日體驗，可是事實並不是如此。唯一的一顆星給29號下午晚上前台愛笑的小姐姐，服務態度很好，很親切。
讓人不滿意的如下：
1.我們的房間包含藏式拓印和巖刻祈福，30號早上和管家預約後，前台一個面無表情的女士帶我們去窗前坐下，不知道是沒有經過培訓還是被酒店拖欠了工資，這名女士態度非常生硬，讓我們往小石牌上塗顏色，我問是塗滿還是衹塗凹陷處，她並沒有給出解答，還是我們看到了別人的作品，依葫蘆畫瓢才塗完。塗完後，我們才得知另一種大號的有點像甲馬的石牌因為沒有黑色墨水不能玩，ok，你們酒店知道沒有墨水為什麼不提前採購？另外，直至退房，我都不知道我們做的小石牌是哪個項目，因為這名女士並沒有任何介紹。
2.早餐飲品不主動問，還是我看到了另一位客人有飲品，問了才給我們介紹。紅茶，美式，牛奶，沒有拿鐵，美式加牛奶不就是拿鐵？問就是沒有拿鐵，衹能喝美式，是不是衹有去4樓咖啡廳付費了才能喝到拿鐵？
3.房間陽台外正前方就是一片施工場所，右邊是一個正在蓋的民宿，大概是夜裡10點鐘還聽到大卡車的聲音，早上是被施工聲音吵醒的，攜程買家秀完全是照騙
4.洗漱台旁裝棉簽的盒子是空的，保潔人員更換時沒有發現嗎？房間裏送的蘋果一個黑色的洞，1800房費給我吃壞蘋果？
5.房間洗手池出的熱水非常渾濁，不敢用
6.床角非常突出，把我的腿撞紫了
總結:在梅里雪山景區這種競爭激烈的旅遊景區，大樂之野從服務到內設都配不上房價

大樂之野的新店，裝修風格真的超級喜歡，房間的窗能看到神女峯。提前一天會有管家聯繫你拉羣，一到店就有人幫忙提行李送到房間，還升級了房型。服務很貼心，歡迎卡片都是手寫的。晚餐是在野有食吃的，炒豬肉很好吃，雞湯奶香奶香的。走的時候知道我們坐大巴，特意把我們送到隧道口上大巴，體驗感超級好。

大樂之野是聽説過的，這個新開的雪山店哪裡都是乾乾淨淨的，前台小姐姐提前2天就聯繫建了羣對客人很負責，床墊軟硬適中，睡得也舒服，還給升級了房型，房間視角超級好，手機不要靜音呀，日照金山的時候幸虧前台提醒，不然就睡過去啦，感謝！每晚還有晚安甜湯，倍感幸福🥰

設施： 非常完善 工作人員態度都很好 因為有高反還送了氧氣袋
衞生： 進的時候剛打掃完房間 能聞到消毒水的味道 挺安心
環境：去的時候隔壁正在裝修，稍微影響景觀和聲音
服務：很好的工作人員 一直都有問需不需要什麼 還給我們免費升級了房間，房間裝修很好很出片
雖然沒看到日照金山，但整體來説霧濃頂的酒店裡性價比很高

作為浙江大樂的粉絲，這次到梅里，毫不猶豫直接沖這家大樂之野，並且住2晚感受躺平。
1.服務，沒得挑，事到店之前已經建好微信羣，有任何需求秒響應，少數民族員工都非常友善。
2.設施和內部設計，很新，設計在線，我們住的梵凈房，各個區域劃分很巧妙，比如房間有一面鏡子，可以讓人坐在沙發上正好能看到雪山，特別贊。
3.早餐，比較簡單，快捷酒店水平，但能吃飽。
4.位置，這個確實嚴重低於預期。酒店隔壁左邊是景區最大的公共衞生間（就在梵凈房型樓下），房間裏蒼蠅很多不知和這個有無關係;酒店隔壁右邊是大型施工現場，坐在陽台放空時可以聽到各種施工的聲音，而且施工預計還要持續很久;酒店前面是工人的臨時板房。怎麼説呢，雖然之前看小某書的帖子已經有了一點心理準備，但現場看還是失望的。挺好的酒店，位置很尷尬，視野也受影響，很可惜，也許一年以後就好了吧。
鑒於酒店宣傳中並未告知上述不利因素，這裏還是傳幾張梵凈房型中客人視角的照片，以及目前門口的實際狀態，相對客觀一點。

2025年霧濃頂新酒店。大樂之野之前也住過其他地方的（千島湖、中衞）。但是這家霧濃頂的大樂之野有些許小失望。
酒店位置還不錯的，離霧濃頂觀景台旁邊約2分鐘步行的路程。酒店的內飾裝修設計都不錯，房間也很乾凈，但是有幾處不足的地方。第一：入住當天電梯壞了，房間在二樓得走上去，觀景平台和休息區都在四樓，因為有點兒海拔，所有走上走下還是有點兒小喘的。説是當晚就能修好，結果沒有；第二：酒店的正前方有個工地和一顆大樹，如果在酒店好看雪山的話會有點遮擋，導致視線會有些許瑕疵；第三：因為是2025的新開酒店，房間難免有點新裝修的味道；第四：洗衣服務有點混亂，給到兩包衣服洗，結果還回來衹有一包，反饋後才找到了第二包，而且洗好的衣服都是直接塞袋子裏，導致T恤和襯衫都很皺。
其實總體住下來還可以，該有的服務都有，且服務態度也都不錯，但是有些細節處理不好還是挺扣印象分的，希望後續能改善一下。
