I did not receive a call from the hotel before checking in to ask about the check-in time. The front desk explained that it was because the mobile phone number was hidden when booking through Ctrip, but I booked through Ctrip at the end of September. I can only say that this time the booking is not allowed to be cancelled, and the occupancy rate this time is much higher than that at the end of September (the occupancy rate can be compared in the breakfast room in the morning), so I can't take care of it. Personally think this hotel has the best view for Meili mountain (梅里雪山), very modern looking hotel with a cozy lobby and customer service, especially big thank to 小杨, 文文, 小张, 宁宁 for the superb care and hospitality - thanks for the surprise cake for my wife’s birthday, and we both love the little gift too, so sweet of you all. Best thing of the stay of course is the billion dollar view of 日照金山, we were so lucky to capture from our own eyes, they say one will get a full year LUCK once seen 日照金山, we were thrilled! By the way, hotel were clean with good quality toiletries and towels, they even have a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Will be happy to come back someday in the future!
