After checking in, I found that the room was dirty and not cleaned. I contacted the front desk, but there was no response after a while. I urged the manager to change the room. There were more than 5 people on the 24-hour front desk, so they understood the difficulty and were generally satisfied with the handling. Special thanks to Ctrip’s official customer service, who have been helping to urge the matter and responded in a timely manner. The hotel has a good environment. It is located in the mountains above Yu Village and has its own private courtyard. There is a shuttle bus from the lobby to the rooms on the mountain, and the response is very timely. The only downside is that the bed has no headboard and is directly against the wall, which is not very comfortable for watching TV.

新開的艾德睿酒店，就在莫干山風景區裏面和山腳下，旁邊就是庾村風景區，晚上走走看看真的很愜意。酒店設施很新，但是配套的娛樂活動及其他都還待完善，酒店位於羣山環抱之中，空氣新鮮，晚上還能看看星空，酒店工作人員服務很好，有求必應，送了歡迎水果，還主動送了孩子一份早餐，住的山上園景房，環境好，獨棟聯排的住宿區域，小而精緻，感受度頗好，房間設施也不錯，有接駁車接送，隨叫隨到，服務真的沒話説!下次有機會還會再來!

酒店新開業，訂得時候還擔心有味道，入住2晚的行程衹預訂了一晚，入住看了下，完全沒有，於是連住2晚，前台小王給我免費升級了套房，妥妥地，房間足夠大。再者，酒店旁邊離開庾村廣場很近，旁邊有幾家不錯的咖啡館，和閨蜜們喝個下午茶，晚上喝喝小酒，很nice。不過酒店早餐有點一般。

根據平時遊玩習慣，平台上看了挺多民宿，但是由於之前住民宿的體驗感都不是特別好，這次選擇了一家新開的五星酒店，預訂後前台主動聯繫詢問我們對於房間的要求，還幫我們升級了房間，併發送了酒店的定位等，辦理入住時還送了水果到房間，整體感覺還是很不錯的，房間很安靜，酒店所在的位置空氣也很好，當然早餐也很豐盛。

位置方便，很適合City walk，新酒店，比較乾淨，剛好在山腳，去莫干山風景區方便，去庾村廣場逛街也寫意！

設施：度假村配套，除了泳池冬天沒開放，其他都很齊備； 環境：在山谷裏，據説有四十多畝地，森林環繞，這兩天還很暖和舒適； 衞生：細緻到位，整潔乾淨； 服務：管家式服務貫穿到退房，特別是前台小哥哥，有團隊還很耐心講解；      整體體驗感滿滿，適合帶家人來玩，冬天也很適合旅遊度假休閑。
