My husband booked this homestay on Ctrip. I think it's worth writing a review. Please ask my husband to post it on his account.
Driving into Moganshan, there are all kinds of homestays on both sides of the mountain road. We expect that we will go to a quiet place away from the noise, where we can see green mountains, step on bamboo forests, hear chickens and dogs, and hear birds singing. The navigation took us into a small village with about 20 households. After a sharp turn, a sign of "Yunjian" and a sign of "Yangjiale" led us to the mountain road with bamboo and stone walls on both sides. At the end of the road is the stone gate of "Yunjian". Stepping into the gate, I immediately felt that this place lived up to our expectations. This "beautiful villa" faces the green mountains and overlooks the bamboo forests. It has the tranquility of a fairyland and the comfort of a human layout. The entire homestay is built in a staggered manner along the mountain. The bamboo-topped hot springs and outdoor swimming pools are designed very uniquely. The reception hall and the large terrace outside the hall are quite "foreign" in style, which made me understand what "Yangjiale" is. The housekeeper, Mr. Fan, was very kind and thoughtful. He introduced the surrounding environment to us in detail and took us to dig bamboo shoots. I didn't expect that there were still many big hairy bamboo shoots on the mountain in this season, which gave us a surprise. Let me tell you that we cooked the hairy bamboo shoots after arriving at home in Shanghai. They were very delicious. Thank you, housekeeper Fan! We really liked the "Luzhi King Bed Room B" where we stayed. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the green mountains, the village below the mountain, watching the mountain sparrows fly on the bamboo, drinking the Anji white tea and Moganshan yellow tea given to us, my heart was pure. The dinner that came with our set meal was also great, with chicken soup, fresh bamboo shoots, green vegetables, and crucian carp, all of which were the simple taste of the mountains.
