酒店前台態度特別好 提早一天打電話詢問住店人數和到店時間 後期服務基本和微信管家聯繫
環境真的沒得説 法式和中式的完美結合。屬於走到哪拍到哪 怎麼拍都好看。原來的酒店框架和佈局讓我對法國人的審美重新有了認知。
酒店活動不多 有一個書屋 各類書籍都有 晚上可以窩在裏面看書
天氣好可以去徒步 走走停停1個小時不到
浴室特別的大 導致冬天有點冷 供水忽冷忽熱的
早餐拉胯 吃的東西就是圖片上的幾種 小餛飩皮太厚 湯也不是真正的牛骨湯。麪包幹且硬。
除了早餐 其他都滿意 會再來

看到曾經的法國山居重新換新的面貌開始營業了，作為老客户總歸是還想再回來體驗一下的，所以和家人春節期間預訂來這裏，燈光氛圍，茶山花園環境大都管理還是很走心的，服務方面體驗就是中規中矩吧，缺少老外夫婦以後那種正規又不正式的親切服務體驗感覺還是欠缺了那麼一點，應該説是衹可意會不能言傳的主人翁精神的人情味吧，目前總體也沒有啥毛病，就是我吃早餐的時候吃到了有點帶酸味的南瓜粥，還好平時我胃都蠻好的這次就衹鬧肚子去了趟衞生間就好了！早餐阿姨説冬天的南瓜煮久了基本上都是這樣的味道，我莫幹山旅居了這麼多年像裸心大樂西坡這些民宿每年都會住住，每家餐廳的菜都吃過，我先生在中國生活這麼多年，我們經常一起回上你山裡也是第一次吃到南瓜粥酸的，總之和想像的有點不一樣這次早餐我是沒辦法繼續吃了，儘管聽到的解釋稍有牽強，但阿姨們服務態度還是可以的，管家們阿姨的工作畢竟是打工者的職業角色，基本和別的高端酒店一樣管家式服務，整體的價位和環境是非常匹配的.

難得跟先生出來散散心，網上對比多家最後選了莫村旅館。一下車酒店園區乾淨整潔，空氣特別清新，管家體貼迎接幫忙搬運行李，前台幾位小姐姐熱情周到。房間寬敞明亮，枕頭也舒服😌早餐品種齊全，特別是有我喜歡吃的哈哈，味道也非常不錯👍個人特別推薦帶着爸爸媽媽一起過來莫村旅館住幾天！

臨近過年，回老家之前入住了這家酒店。總體感覺特別棒！超出預期的棒！前台的小姐姐熱情接待，微笑服務，點個贊。房間裏面的裝修保留了以前法國山居的風格，浴室的瓷磚太漂亮了。等夏天的時候會再帶小孩過來玩。這次體驗的中醫理療也非常棒，這師傅的手藝值得誇一下。早餐還挺豐富的，點了下午茶，甜品還不錯。總結：舒服，愜意，還會再來

民宿很漂亮，法式風格，衝著環境來的！整體還是滿意的，服務也還不錯。微信對接的管家的服務有點欠缺，其它服務，大堂經理、門口接待、餐廳負責人和服務員都不錯。個人入住體驗還是不錯，也很安靜。真的分分鐘出大片，被山包裹着。下次應該還會再去，希望能增加一些項目或者親子設施。酒店也一直在聽取大家的入住建議，在進步，這點挺好的，能聽進去。會越來越好的。畢竟價格也不便宜，各項設施配套起來，一定生意爆火。
