Let's talk about the bad things: 1. The Yinzhuli suite, which costs more than 4,000 yuan a night, does not have any special benefits. I thought that spending so much money would give me some special benefits, such as various amusement parks and shuttle buses in the park, but there was none, and the cost performance was very low. 2. The breakfast operation ability is average. When there are many people on holidays, the front desk receptionist seems to be overwhelmed. For example, he can't remember the guest's room number and needs to ask the guest many times. For example, when guiding the guests to the designated table for dinner, he can't remember the placement of the table and guides wrongly. There are also multiple groups of guests coming to the front desk at the same time, and they are not arranged in the order of first come first served (the problem is still the weak daily operation ability) 3. The breakfast category is average, which does not reflect the high-end of Yinzhuli. 4. The bathroom door is not closed tightly, and there is water on the ground outside the shower door. 5. The guest room has been unoccupied for a long time and no attention is paid to ventilation. There is a smell as soon as we enter the room. In conclusion, I probably won't choose Yinzhuli next time. At 4,300 per night, the price/performance ratio is too low.

The hotel facilities are very good and the sanitation is also very clean. The weather was relatively cool that day. The air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in advance before check-in, and welcome fruits were prepared. This is my second time visiting Yinzhuli in Moganshan. I brought my kids here two years ago. At that time, the afternoon tea in Yinzhuli was amazing and delicious. Two years later, some varieties are gone, but there are more rice noodles that I like in three flavors. I was very happy to drive three hours from Shanghai to have afternoon tea and then stay here. The only shortcoming the next morning was that there was a white stain on the plate I picked up (Figure 3), but everything else was fine. This time, breakfast also had a new variety of rice rolls, which were made on the spot and were very good. The pan-fried buns were also delicious. This time we stayed in room 7207. The view outside was a little worse than the last time we stayed in room 7103. I hope we can arrange a higher view next time. The room is also very clean. The floor heating is very comfortable every time I come in winter. The housekeeper Li Cong is also very friendly. There are always warm reminders and travel tips. I am very satisfied with his service. The children also said that they don’t want to go home after staying here. After staying in Yinzhuli once, people will definitely come back to stay again.

The room environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the area is also large, and sometimes you can see cute cats when you go out for a walk^^. There are many fruits, snacks and drinks given away every day. The service of the resort butler Yu Lu is very professional and thoughtful. Every day, he will proactively send the content and time of the resort's activities for the day, and patiently answer and solve our questions and needs. The meals in the lobby of Yinzhuli are also very rich, and the breakfast and afternoon tea are very satisfactory. During the stay, I also watched wonderful performances. The stay experience is very good and I will stay again.

Stay in the single-family villa in Kaiyuan Senbo Yinzhuli. The large terrace has a unique view. The whole hotel is a scenic spot with beautiful scenery and fresh air. It is definitely an ideal choice for a family vacation. The one-to-one butler Yulu started to introduce the entire itinerary arrangement the day before check-in. When we left the hotel, we forgot to take the hotel souvenirs and helped us send them back home. The service is really meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are also highly recommended. The dishes are very rich and taste great. There are many amusement projects suitable for children in the park, and the raccoons are very cute☺️
