After comparing many houses, Mo Fan was finally selected. Mainly fancy its location, view and Loft family room. Let me talk about the advantages first: the location is good, it is very quiet in the innermost part, and it is backed by the bamboo forest. You can see the mountain view from the balcony. The top floor platform is amazing, we also saw the sunrise when the weather was good. The parking lot is very close to the homestay. Disadvantages: The room price is 2000 per night on weekends. Compared with other homestays I have stayed in, the room facilities are relatively simple. It would be nice if the toiletries and hair dryer could be improved. The towels and pillowcases smelled bad. The room is poorly soundproofed. In addition, let me talk about what was not mentioned in other reviews, I hope it can help everyone. The door of the harmonious family room is on the upper floor of the hall, which is in the same space as the hall. The doors of other rooms are on the back of the mountain. That is to say, whenever we pass the stairs, our room will be disturbed by footsteps. And from time to time someone thinks this is a room or a public place and pulls our door. The people in the lobby were still chatting at 12 o'clock in the evening, so noisy that we couldn't sleep. It is recommended to choose the safe family room, which is on the far side, with a better view and the same price.

Booking Zhimagu was purely accidental, and to be honest, I was not very attracted when I first saw the pictures of the very unique rooms. After all, among the trend of natural-colored Chinese/Japanese minimalist style B&Bs in Moganshan, this style that goes against the trend is indeed a bit out of place. But after carefully studying the room types, details, facilities and service reviews of a large number of B&Bs, I decided to give it a try. This decision gave us the opportunity to experience an excellent B&B, which made our trip worthwhile. Advantages: The butler service is enthusiastic and meticulous. All the rooms in the hotel are uniquely designed, including various classic styles. Unlike most B&Bs that are superficial imitations, this one's rooms are faithful to the original from hard furnishings to furniture to soft furnishings and small items. It restores the style that needs to be expressed, which is eye-catching. The food is exquisite and delicious. There are not many varieties but each one is delicious. Pet friendly but kept very clean. The space is huge, not only the rooms are huge, but the courtyard also has a large lawn, an infinity pool, and entertainment facilities. There are scenery everywhere, just like a park. Almost every room has an outdoor courtyard or terrace. The large sofa inside allows people to completely relax. The cats and giant poodles in the hotel are all very well-behaved and cute! Fantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion. Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

The dishes offered at the Kikaboni restaurant are a fabulous blend of western and Chinese tastes, every one scrumptious! The ingredients at all of the restaurants are very fresh, because much of them are grown at the farm just across the road from the reception building. Every day, even through the winter, fresh produce is harvested from the well-organized greenhouses. The breakfast is extensive, with many options both western and Chinese to delight your palate and fill your stomach. Finally, the decorations throughout the resort are unique and made of local materials, the result of an informal competition among the staff to make better and better artistic creations. All in all, I highly recommend the Naked Stables Resort. You won't be disappointed.

You can drink wine and watch the stars at night💫 The location of the B&B is also great, right on the Republic of China Style Street You can enjoy the slow life in a small town right when you go out It’s really pleasant to drink coffee, walk around and eat. I took my parents to Moganshan for vacation during the Dragon Boat Festival. When I was looking for a hotel, I was attracted by the style of this hotel. I was even more surprised when I arrived there; The hotel is very close to Yu Village. We walked there for about 20 minutes, and it is also close to the bus stop at the Moganshan Visitor Center. There is a reservoir a few hundred meters nearby, and there are many Internet celebrity restaurants around. The restaurant in the village recommended by the boss is also great. Yes, the boss is very gentle and enthusiastic. The entire B&B is a wooden garden. Every detail is designed with ingenuity, and there are hydrangeas in the corner. The room we booked for 4 people is very suitable for a family. The room is very clean. In addition to the basic hotel facilities, mosquito repellent, snacks and girls' cosmetic bags are provided. The breakfast is also very rich and nutritionally balanced haha. At night, I sat on the balcony chatting and looking at the scenery opposite, listening to the chirping of cicadas and the rain. My parents were so relaxed that they didn't want to go into the room to sleep. The B&B is run by several sisters. I prefer to say that they are the bosses. After a few days of contact with them, I feel independent, self-sufficient and pure and sincere. If I don't go to work, I really hope that we can enter this kind of life together. The area is beautiful and remote, the main reason I selected this location. There are some nice trails for walking - not signposted - just get lost and wander around. For a short taxi ride and cheap fare, you can visit Yu Cun square and surrounding areas for more choice of restaurants and coffee shops. Beware of the taxis at night - they will all add a large surcharge due to the remote environment. The first taxi we ordered tried to add 10 yuan and I hopped out. The next one tried to add 100. After this, I talked to the local police and was told that it’s common for this to happen. Beware! I messaged the guy at reception about this and he drove to collect the three of us. We are extremely grateful for this. He also brought us to the nearest local virus testing centre for our nucleic acid test. If you go in the opposite direction, you can walk to an area called Hou Wu. It’s a small little village in a pretty valley with some restaurants. It had some ebikes for rent which helped to save our feet from more walking. On the way to this area, there’s a nice local restaurant called Mountain cat 山里猫. The hostel had a pool table in reception and some board games that were essential to stop my kids being bored. The outdoor pool was also very nice after a day of walking around in the heat. The reception offers reasonably priced cold water for 2 yuan and cold Budweiser for 10 yuan.
