They cheat hotel guests by booking rooms through the booking system, if you come to them directly to book a room, they cancel the booking and sell it at a higher price, they don't care that you booked a room. Unfortunately, there are many hotels in Turkey that are ready to cheat their guests for a profit of 1000 lira. This hotel already has similar reviews about cheating guests. Do not book this hotel, you will be cheated.

Zeynep hanım ve Yılmaz beyin misafirperverliği mükemmeldi çok güzel karşılandık odamız temiz,ihtiyaçlarımızın fazlası mevcuttu.En güzel özelliği ise konumu merkeze en yakın otel her yer yürüme mesafesinde.Tekrar geldiğimde kalcağım tek yer.Kahvaltısını manzaraya karşı yaptık her şey mükemmeldi 😍

It is a small and cute place, the rooms are not bad, the bathroom is small, the breakfast is nice, the terrace is wonderful, there is no water in the pool, which is disappointing, apart from that, everything is very good, thank you.

Bir turizm şirketi üzerinden resmilere bakarak 2 gecelik oda satın aldık. Ancak otele gittiğimizde hayal kırıklığı yaşadık oda havasız mini penceresi olan karanlık rutubetli ve ufacıktı.. Bence bu tarz odalar konaklamaya değil ardiye olarak kullanıma uygun. Bir tek kahvaltı eh işte diyebilirim. Onun dışında otelin tüm resimleri bizi yanılttı. Güleryüz hizmet de pek yoktu. Oda değişikliği talep ettik otel çok dolu olmamasına rağmen işletme sahibi yüksek oda farkı talep etti kabul etmedik.. Kapadokya’yı gün boyu çok gezdik çok yorulduk odaya gidip direkt uyuduk yoksa oda karanlık havasız havalandırması olmayan bir mağara odasıydı. Uygun fiyat farkı ile zaten boş olan odalardan biri verilseydi çok daha keyifli geçebilirdi tatil ama neyse ATV turları müze gezileri derken odayı düşünecek Fırsat olmadan iki geceyi tamamladık.. Kaldığımız otel civarı tesadüf gezinirken gördüğümüz etkileyici bir otele bakınırken oranın işletmecisi bize Türk kahveleri ısmarladı oteli tanıttı Her ne okurla olsun hizmet sektörü tamamen Güleryüz tatlıdildir.. Bu otelde bunu göremedik malesef
