We were here for a cat show, what a comfortable arrangement! This hotel is unique, it used to be a monastery, some beautiful rooms with those colourful windows still there. Rooms OK, also beds. The breakfast was a bit strange as we had to purchase every coffee and every sandwitch separately. The restaurant was plain and cold, the food average.

Dire ...booked because EasyJet flight was cancelled and felt I needed a room near airport Staff were friendly but the room stank of damp, dining room & cafe closed on a Sunday, in the middle of nowhere. Staff not even able to provide an empty glass.

de vuelta de Zaragoza a Oviedo hicimos noche en bilbao, calidad/precio muy buena, buen aparcamiento, limpieza, atención, rapidez en el check in/out. Llovía y había q cenar, hay un bar en el mismo hotel, no pertenece al hotel, cenamos bien, carta escasa pero abundantes los platos. El desayuno merece la pena: café, zumo y dos pinchos o bollería a elegir. si no te importa estar fuera de Bilbao es una muy buena opcion

Es lamentable, ni siquiera pude desayunar ningún día pese a pagarlo. El Bar me dijeron que no me podían atender a las 21.30 de un sábado. Fui por trabajo, a las 9 de la mañana como no me ofrecían el desayuno que pagué. Me metieron en una bolsa de papel . un zumo,un agua y un bollo de esos congelados. Es lamentable, fui a trabajar, y no pude ni cenar ni desayunar. Es una estafa. Los aviones ni te dejan dormir. Pero que no cumplan los servicios. Ni siquiera Bar. Lamentable, viajando 20 años jamás vi un 3* así. Que no os estafen. Jamás volvería. Un consejo.

Nous avons fait un check in tardif pour cause de retard d’avion. Accueil tres froid par le veilleur de nuit. L’hotel semble immense de l’extérieur et cela se confirme à l'intérieur. Les communs et l’accueil semblent avoir été rénovés récemment, plutôt avec gout. Demande d’une chambre avec lit double et au final deux lits simples dans une ambiance monacale sans décoration et un état tres tres moyen. La chambre n’a pas eu les memes faveurs que le couloir (interminable donnant l’effet « Shining ») La salle de bain est d’origine (année 60/70?) avec même un bidet. Baignoire d’un autre temps avec faïence murale repeinte qui s'écaille de partout. Le pommeau de douche ne tient qu’à un fil. La literie est à l’image de la chambre avec des couvertures marrons élimées et qui sentent mauvais! Quel hotel utilise encore des couvertures en 2024??? Et pour finir une isolation calamiteuse avec des bruits dans les couloirs et chambres avoisinantes, des hurlements, des meubles qui glissent au sol, des gens qui courent jusque 2h du matin sans intervention du l’agent d’accueil. Et le tout à 125€ pour 2 personnes, sans le petit déjeuner. C’est donc du vol au regard de la prestation qui ne vaut guere un formule 1 à 80€ maxi

Gran hotel situado a las afueras de Bilbao (a 10 min en coche) de la que llegas impresiona lo grande que es y tiene gran aparcamiento exterior para los coches. La recepción está bien, además siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa a atender a sus huéspedes. Los pasillos limpios y bien iluminados y una habitación decente y correcta para un hotel de 3 estrellas. La habitación estaba en el quinto piso y tenía una jarra (que se calentaba enchufando) con infusiones, café y galletitas de desayuno de cortesía, el baño tenía dispensador de jabón tanto para la bañera como el lavamanos. Contaba con secador de pelo y climatizador, aunque echamos de menos que tuviera mini nevera y caja fuerte. Tenía vistas a unas pistas de pádel y un mini Golf. Se escuchaban un poco los aviones cuando pasaban pero no era nada que molestara para dormir. En general una buena experiencia

Lamentable menú del día en el restaurante. Comida mala, deje casi todo el segundo plato sin tocar y contestaciones y comportamiento de la camarera inadmisible. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Espero que se tomen medidas ante tan mal servicio.

Un desastre de hotel No entiendo como tiene 3 estrellas. Ni un gorro de ducha en el baño, nada. El desayuno: vergonzoso. 2 señoras que no tienen ni idea, detrás de la barra preparando lo que los clientes piden, sin tener nada organizado ni preparado previamente y discutiendo entre ellas. Se forman unas colas increíbles: pides dos zumos y Tienen que ir a la cocina a por las naranjas, luego se ponen a cortar las naranjas y luego a hacer el zumo. Y los demás mirando y esperando. El comedor. Helado, la gente volviendo a la habitación a por ropa de abrigo. Todo el personal muy desagradable. A las 12 y 2 minutos te llaman enfadados a la habitación, para que desalojes, como si necesitaran urgentemente la habitación, cuando esté hotel no se ha llenado en la vida. Miras por la ventana de la habitación y ves un contenedor de obra enorme repleto de bolsas de basura. En fin, todo un despropósito… Qué gestión más penosa!
