Stayed 3 nights, room and hospitality was amazing. breakfast prepared fresh every day, host and assistant were very helpful and attentive. on final day no taxi available, so Alyson drove us to train herself. beautiful decor, attention to detail with everything, would definately stay agai!

This place felt like home! Everything was perfect about this stay! The breakfast was top-notch! A full "American" breakfast experience with Italy favorites. Eggs, bacon, espresso, fruit. and fresh pastries. Best breakfast we had in all of Italy. The hosts were fantastic! Answered all of our questions and provided amazing recommendations. The room was a standard hotel room size for Italy. Everything was clean and ready right when we were able to check-in. They cleaned up the room mid-day while we were out and about. It was great coming back to fresh room. We will be back again! Lake Garda/This B&B was our favorite part of our 14 day trip in Italy. This town was so cute and quiet

We couldn't have made a better choice for our stay in Desenzano, the structure is truly splendid, very convenient to reach on foot in about ten minutes from the train station, very close to the center and the port, but not too much, therefore extremely quiet!! Large room, cared for in the smallest details, welcoming, very clean, equipped with everything you need.... and even more! A special mention goes to the very kind staff, in particular to the delightful owner Pia, very nice, kind, professional, patient..... and so much more!! In the Residenza Elisa, incredible but you will NOT find plastic, extra attention not to be underestimated...... congratulations!!

English: We stayed for 2 nights in the splendid "Residenza Elisa Bed and Breakfast" ... everything was perfect, starting from the very kind owner Pia, who also made us find the room ready in advance, extremely friendly and helpful, she gave us all the information necessary to spend a pleasant stay in Desenzano del Garda. The room: large, welcoming, very comfortable, very clean and equipped with every comfort ..... courtesy set, slippers, very powerful hairdryer, kettle, free mini bar, etc ..... what more could you ask for?? The structure has a splendid little garden available, an extremely delightful and comfortable room with TV, armchairs, coffee machine, tea, kettle, fresh fruit, pop corn, water, flavored water, and even a microwave oven.... even the perfect breakfast, with very fresh high quality products! The residence enjoys a perfect location, quiet and a few steps from everything ..... highly recommended !! A thank you also to all the staff, super kind and professional! Splendida location, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalle piazze principali di Desenzano del Garda. Molto curata nei dettagli sia la camera che l'esterno. L'unica nota stonata il parcheggio non proprio vicinissimo, sono quasi tutti a pagamento. La strada è abbastanza trafficata, quindi un po' rumorosa. Siccome faceva caldo abbiamo acceso il condizionatore chiudendo le finestre riuscendo a riposare bene. Il letto ed il cuscino sono comodissimi, camera davvero impeccabile.

È la seconda volta che pernotto in questo b&b e devo dire che è perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: pulizia, accoglienza, bellezza degli ambienti, posizione. Nota di merito alla colazione, oltre ai prodotti base (che non è scontato ci siano ovunque in così gran quantità) sono presenti dolci freschi fatti in casa, macedonia e panini buonissimi (penso fossero leggermente scaldati ed erano croccantissimi). La saletta comune è stupenda, d'inverno è molto d'atmosfera. D'estate invece è presente il dehor esterno con piante e fiori, anche lui curatissimo e dotato di tavoli per la colazione. Il prezzo è in linea con altri b&b ma è ben ripagato.

Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen! Das Frühstück war frisch, vielfältig und super lecker. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett. Das Zimmer war groß, hell, gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet, wie das ganze Haus. Die Lage ist auch super. In der Nähe des Castello, der Villa Romana, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof, und ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Gardasee Ufer entfernt. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! 😍👍🏻
