I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city skyline. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

Amazing place 100% recommend Micheal was very kind and amazing and she put a smile on my face great breakfast as well and the beds are very comfortable and rooms are very nice and cold and the shower is amazing and the temperature in the rooms is really good

It was not the cleanest marriott. Pool was closed for a private party with no warning. Breakfast was the smallest one I’ve seen at any Marriott hotel. First set of keys would not unlock the room so they just switched rooms which was a downgrade.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The front desk agent, Missy, assisted me with a late night request with a smile. So so kind! Room was perfect on arrival. Highly recommend! I do not have a single complain!

Staff was nice and friendly. Not up to Marriott standards. Hotel is being renovated which is badly needed. The design is an older design, not like the current TownPlace Suites. I used points so did not have to pay out $. Scheduled to stay two nights and checked out after one and relocated. Breakfast was OK. I am a Marriott Loyalist, and on a whole Marriotts are not keeping up with needed renovations.
