It's a great hotel, there was no shuttle during our stay so we had to drive to dinner it was not walking distance. Very clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the ******. The food at the ****** like most places was not the best but overall we were happy with the trip.

Very clean hotel, and within close proximity to The Magestic Theater. With it being a ******, no kids are allowed, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the attached parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Well, the workers were on strike when we were there. We booked months in advance, only to find out when we literally got dropped off at the hotel entrance. No warning and no discounts. They shut down over half of the amenities, and most of the workers were outside with signs protesting. Very uncomfortable for us, will never go back.

This Ctrip agent is very bad! Failure to transfer the money to the hotel resulted in us being overcharged by the hotel for more than 1,000 yuan! After we looked at the bill and found out, he also said it was the hotel's problem. We called the hotel across the ocean, and the hotel clearly informed us that it had not received the room fee paid by the agent! It’s been over a month now and still no refund!
