Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dwarka

Excellent Location and Facilities.

It is an amazing property and there are stuff for entertainment in the hotel for kids as well but it works when a lot of people are staying in the hotel. Rooms are good and there a balcony with a swing on it. Only problem is there is nothing around that property so even if you want to eat something outside or do something,that's not possible. you need to have a car or a taxi with you. Food is a bit expensive and as there is no options available outside,you need to eat in the hotel only. Food is ok...not too great and not too bad. Variety is good as well. Swimming pool was clean and checkin was hassle-free as well but I felt little connect or personalization was missing at the time of checkin. No smiling people ,no greetings ,just this is your romm key.Thank you goodbye but I can't fault the property or the staff otherwise.

Excellent and comfortable stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyandham at Dwarka. Room stay at sunrise villa was excellent making it a comfortable family stay together. Food quality was excellent, Khatiyawadi Thali was very good and tasty. Staff discipline and attentiveness was quite helpful, especially Ms. Ankita and Sumita. Chef Devi Das was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ambience was pure and peaceful especially Swimming Pool area.

Found a big Centipede in the room. I had a 2 year old baby who was playing just near it. It could be dangerous. When I asked the Guest services that I want to speak to the manager, they said the manager is not in the hotel. Then a guy comes after a while to clean it and when I asked him for the manager, the manager came in 5 minutes. Not worth at all

Jai Shree Krishna Dwarika! this is my first review! i want to thank Wyndham Hawthorn for making my experience of Dwarika, a collective family oriented and a community experience. when we are on a vacation with the family, elders and young, we need the best care and experience, hence thanking Hawthorn Dwarika. thanking all staff and extending a special thanks to Manjeet Bugwan who made our trip really memorable. thank you.

We recently stayed at Hawthorne Suites and dined at the restaurant and were impressed by Aadil's(from Kashmir) exceptional service. He greeted us warmly, presented the menu clearly, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Throughout our meal, Aadil checked in regularly, refilled our drinks, and ensured everything was to our liking. His professionalism, combined with his friendly and approachable nature, made our dining experience stand out.
