房間衞生乾淨寬敞，前台小姐姐們服務很周到，保安大哥非常熱情，早餐很棒，有充電樁，很方便。下次來德興還會來這裏。

房間設施已經很陳舊了，共住兩晚，第一晚淋浴間的手持花灑無法固定，因太晚衹能將就着用了，第二天告知前台，當晚可以使用了。早上八點半去用早餐，很多食物都涼了，體驗感有點差，下次換家酒店住！

客房設施老舊可以理解，維護不到位就是管理問題，另服務員態度非常不友善，完全無服務意識。唯一亮點早餐過的去。288元+40元早餐，衹能打50分。
