免費升級成謊言，服務態度倒退
這次通過攜程預訂的逸居大床房，頁面明確標註可“免費升級房型”，但實際入住體驗充滿欺騙與敷衍，與過往入住的感受截然不同。
1. 免費升級承諾成空話，房間安排反覆且不合理：上午抵達酒店後，前台先是告知“不朝馬路的房間已被公司全包”，僅剩朝大馬路的房間；隨後又改口稱可免費升級，有一間不朝馬路的房間並安排至618房。但進入房間後發現，這房與此前入住的房型差異極大，甚至沒有獨立洗漱台，根本不符合“升級”標準，隨後下樓要求換回原預訂房型，被來回折騰，房間洗漱盒一層污漬，旁邊插座與吹風機插頭不匹配很鬆，需要一衹手按住插頭才能正常供電使用，花灑噴水不均勻無法調節，早餐培根很厚的肉片，無法咀嚼，看我拍的照片。
2. 員工服務態度雙標，熟面孔員工缺乏基本溝通：此前多次入住時，雪兒員工的接待服務一直很周到，但此次她全程站在旁邊觀看其他員工安排，不僅未主動提供幫助，甚至連基本的招呼都未打，態度冷漠，與以往的服務質量形成鮮明反差。以往讓給好評就免費升級房型。
這次 預訂的免費升級”淪為誘導預訂的謊言，房間安排混亂且服務態度倒退。希望酒店停止用虛假承諾誤導消費者，保障住客的基本權益。

房間很對我胃口，簡約風但細節在線——床頭有無線充電板，再也不用到處找插座；窗簾是電動的，拉上後隔音效果絕了，睡了個超安穩的覺。早上路過大堂，工作人員還主動問要不要幫忙叫車，這種不刻意的貼心最戳人。下次來這邊，肯定還選這兒！

這是一次有史以來最不好的住宿體驗！房間的衞生總體還可以，但是不知道為什麼沙發上會有不明物體，廁所的水管也是堵的，沖了幾次水直接從馬桶後面就出來，而且還有避孕套。
房間的空調也是非常影響入住體驗！況且前台工作人員的答覆也都不一致，一會兒説五一前空調是自然風主機不打開，那我是不是可以理解為五一會打開？一會兒另一個人説這兩天天氣比較冷所以不開，那作為花了錢住進來的人應該相信誰？
雖然説給我們換了房間，但是這已經是陰影了！
還有早餐，明明寫着7點到11點，9點多快10點就基本沒東西了，雞蛋也沒有。工作人員説因為快結束了，我請問你還有一個小時你跟我説快結束了？
既然開酒店做服務，我真的不知道這個服務是怎麼做的？崗前培訓是如何培訓的？
健身房什麼東西都沒有你跟我説這是健身房？
非常影響體驗，下次不可能選擇了！
