Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old, so the bathroom is very small, and the location of the toilet is unreasonable, which makes it very inconvenient.

We stayed in this hotel for two days with a family. Overall, the impressions remained mixed: there are both benefits and minus. Good moments: ✔ The room is clean, bedding is fresh, snowy, bed is comfortable. ✔ There is everything you need in the room: refrigerator, air conditioner, soap, mirror. ✔ Blackout curtains and light are controlled from the panel at the bed – convenient. ✔ There are USB connectors for charging (though the connectors are only Chinese, which is not very convenient). ✔ Personal responsive: at our request the chairs were brought, although initially offered to drink tea in the kitchen (strange, after all there is a teapot and cup in the room). ✔ Laundry in the availability – You can wash things. ✔ Cleaning was carried out, no comments. Minorities: ✖ There is no closet and chair in the room, although in the description they are . ✖ Rakovina is taken to the corridor – uncomfortable: it takes a place in the corridor and wash hands after the toilet only there. ✖ In the shelter constantly dried water (not from the crane, but somewhere inside the pipe, but heard) – irritated. ✖ Instead of TV – projector, but in the afternoon because of the sun it was hard to look. It was not convenient to close the curtains. Difficult: The location of is far from the main tourist sites, but the street is quiet. The hotel environment is good, in the residential area, it is very quiet in the morning and evening, there will be no noise trouble at all, this is great for me who travel all year round! The hotel also provides laundry service, especially convenient! The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and the sanitary environment is fine! It was placed in the collector's folder at the time, and it was a bit higher than the collection price when I checked in that day. When I checked in, the car 4s store was downstairs, which was a bit noisy. The room is an ordinary hotel room. The shower in the shower room is not satisfactory. There is a shower, and the water pressure is very strong. The hot water is too hot and it is not easy to control. But the shading of the curtains is quite good, that is, there is a smell in the room (not a smell, it is a more unpleasant smell) The traffic situation is not very convenient. Stayed for 1 night mid Nov. Refurbished hotel. Check in good, self-service laundry good, location good, breakfast not good. There's supposed to be a gym, but I couldn't find it. Has a few TV channels showing movies in english. This place is busy. I would stay here again for the right price
