I've been taking groups called Learning Tours to Nepal every other year since 2008. And every time we go we've stayed at this hotel. The food is good, and so is the service. Plus the price is right, which as a nonprofit organization trying to keep our costs low for participants, is important. And the view of the Annapurna Range is spectacular! Yes it's cold at night up there, but that's the nature of the beast in this part of the world - and the blankets are thick. This past trip we had a woman who had low fever and some chills, and the manager managed to find the one space heater on the property and put it in her room free of charge. I also have learned over the years that there is a way to hike up on the ridge behind the property to get a really good view of the sunset and sunrise, so that's part of our routine as well. Enjoy!
