Our 4-night stay at PrideInn Diani Resort was absolutely amazing and wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made our visit truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, providing the perfect retreat after our relaxing days in Diani. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism displayed throughout our stay. It was an experience that exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely recommend PrideInn Diani Resort to our friends and family. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Diani!

Took a family trip during the Christmas holiday, the main reason for choosing the hotel was the kids pool and location. The room was clean , the entire hotel was mostly clean. The hotel provides only one key so when you leave the room Ac is off , when we asked for a second key was informed it was against the hotel policy. The food was basic they would run of food during the service time and some people in our group didn’t get food , no employees were concerned. The service was too slow , it took forever to get food or drinks delivered. The free juice tasted way different and orange juice looked and tasted different… my nightmare was the slide experience with my kid on our last day. He sustained an injury at the pool where the steps had prior damage that was not fixed. There was a sharp edge that would cause injury if stepped on. My child has a laceration that ended up in an emergency room for stitches and a tetanus jab. When I later inquired I was informed that my son’s injury was not the first one and management was aware and was not doing anything to fix the problem. I did not get an explanation from the management on how they were doing to rectify the issue. No apologies or even an acknowledgment from them… Stay Away from this location….

Customer service was top notch with the team attending to our every needs. Especially Shaibu and the reception staff The food was too good to be true! Big up to the chef(s) and kitchen staff. The Chicken nuggets were to die for! It was also a central location from the main town, the hospital and nearby shops and malls. Less than 10 minutes away from the public beaches as well. Definitely recommend for those looking to enjoy their stay in Diani.

The customer service was good and amazing The staff were dry Definitely the place to be when going in holiday . I really liked the place. The swimming was amazing with the slides. It was amazing I loved sooo much. The food was amazing too. Wooow.

This is a very good hotel. It is family friendly place with an aquatic park which is great fun for children and teens. The meals were really good. The staff are friendly and professional in their work. Whenever we left the room, I was always amazed to to get back and find all cleaned and straightened up Although the hotel is not on the beach, this was not a hindrance. It is close enough for one to take a walk there and enjoy the sea. Diani has a lot to explore and it was easy to move to places from the hotel We got great value for money at PrideInn. The place is a real gem.

The first room I was allocated had bedbugs, so I couldn't sleep ... However I was moved to a different room the following day, which was OK. Keycards frequently jammed and couldn't open the doors, so we had to keep going up and down the stairs to get to the reception for the cards to be reactivated. At some point, the door to my room completely couldn't open and the electrician had to called to examine the lock. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was also OK, although the restaurant is quite small. All in all, it was a less than average experience, especially for Pride Inn. You guys certainly have a lot you need to improve on.
