Shocking experience with a very rude owner! I booked 3 nights via ********** back in October and received a voucher and confirmation email. We had some difficulty finding this property so stopped at a nearby holiday property (Zarafa House in Diani) for directions. They very kindly telephoned Glory Ocean Villas. This is when things went really bad. The owner very rudely told me that she was fully booked and would not listen to my pleas about having a booking voucher in my hand. She kept repeating that I was cancelled (quoting a different name and dates via ***********! ) and accused me of being difficult . After the call ended she texted Zarafa House to say that she had a 1 bed villa available, but we would have to pay. After that display, we decided to book elsewhere and try and sort out a refund later on. A big thank you to Zarafa House who found us an alternative property and actually escorted us to this new place. We had a lovely time, but ended up paying double our original payment.
