Hotel Iva

Low budget package, yet tasty meals with lots of diversity and creativity. Correct and friendly approach by employees. Admittedly no air conditioning in the annex. Despite the heat (approx. 30 ° C), it was reasonably pleasant due to good ventilation and shutters down. Again: considering low budget trip: very positive experience! Thank you!

Truly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Bugs walked on the floor and were everywhere. Supposedly an air conditioner? I do not think so. We were thrown into the side building where there was no air conditioning. Nice in the 40 degrees with a cheap fan…. Costs 3€ per day. Switching to the main building where you had to pay € 10 per day for air conditioning was also not possible. Furthermore, no clean bed linen for a whole week. Sweating in a dirty bed for a week. Towels are placed on the floor in front of the rooms by the cleaner in advance. Not fresh either! And the bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. Breakfast is to cry. Not fresh sandwiches with ham or cheese is the option. Would you like something to drink with your breakfast? Or do you want a normal boiled egg? Then you can do some extra laps. Cheese and ham lay uncooled on the plates and just didn't run away. Evening meal was also terrible. The same tablecloth has been on it all week with the stains on it. And the food is just plain bad. If someone reports that it's tasty, they've never eaten a decent meal in their life. What can normally be delicious and simple Italian food is ruined here. Unfortunately, I have also been ill… In the safe in the room, you can leave your watch with luck. Furthermore, a lot of noise pollution in the hotel itself. And finally there was a very dirty little man who approached all kinds of ladies and also tried things that do not belong. No idea if it was the owner, but is just inconvenient. All in all a really horrible experience. The whole holiday was already ruined, a bad hotel was the last straw…

Struttura elegante dotata di bella piscina, camere pulite e dotate di aria condizionata, ingresso con privacy. Staff super professionale che riesce a farti sentire a casa, nota di merito per la cucina, sia le colazioni che le cene sono di livello altissimo, tutto fatto in casa.

Met Bolderman 12 dagen naar Toscane, Bloemenrivièra, Cinque Terre en de Côte d'Azur. Het was een prachtige reis met mooie excursies maar………..hotel Iva was een ramp Hotelbaas/Eigenaar: was een agressieve, onvriendelijk persoon. Stond als een havik altijd naar ons te loeren of we niet wat fout deden in zijn ogen. Bij aankomst lag op het bed een brief/reglement in het Nederlands, met strenge regels waar wij ons aan moesten houden. Wij moesten ook van de eigenaar, alle dagen bij dezelfde personen aan tafel blijven zitten. Het water bij het ontbijt was kraanwater, dan hebben we het maar niet over de rest van het ontbijt. Handoeken: Wij hebben in die 7 nachten maar 1x een schoon setje handdoeken gekregen. Airconditioning: Hing er wel maar deed het niet. Zwembad: hierin lag de hele vakantie een zwembadstofzuiger. È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo hotel. Straordinaria esperienza gastronomica grazie alla semplicità dei piatti liguri cucinati dal proprietario. Grande accoglienza e professionalità da parte di tutta la famiglia Barla e del loro staff

Ottimo !!! Questo è il terzo anno che torniamo al hotel Iva , qui ti senti a casa , in famiglia . Pulizia ottima , cibo fantastico grazie Athos e grazie di cuore a tutta lamiglia Letizia , Alessandro e Anny proprietari fantastici . Ritorneremo sicuramente grazie di tutto
