it was a nice stay and staffs were helpful too
one negative thing is absence of latch so u can't lock from inside although a chain system is there and a sign of donot disturb is there which guests can use.
price of foods is a bit expensive

Hotel is located in a good accessible location. Rooms are pretty clean and modern. It offers basic amenities but missing certain things. For example the room we booked said it had iron board, iron, hair dryer etc but none of it were present in the room. Therefore I found the amenities information to be misleading.
We had a complimentary breakfast and the food itself was pretty good but the service was super slow. Someone in our group ordered Corn Flakes for breakfast and even that took them 20 mins to serve. Any food you order wouldn't arrive before 20 mins no matter how simple it is. We also ordered grilled sandwich and when we asked why it was taking so long to serve, they said it takes long because it has capsicum. However, when it was finally served after 30 mins, it just had tomatoes and cucumber. I can't understand how that took them 30 mins to serve.
You also have to ask specifically for complimentary water. You are entitled to 1 litre of complimentary water a day but if you don't ask for it, they will charge you ₹20 for the water.
Other than the slow service, the hotel is pretty decent and the staff tries to answer your queries promptly.

Room was good and clean but couldn't sleep as the nearby room was making a lot of noise till 2 in the morning and we could hear the flush sound and kettle sound of the adjacent room other wise a good stay

Rooms are cozy. Food quality is also good. Located in center place, easy access to highway. Service quality is also good. Only thing complementary breakfast could have been buffet. Only limited choices for breakfast,
