Popular Dibrugarh 4-star Hotels

The room was smelly first time i entered and they had to put room spray. The room was not clean which is pretty basic that u ask for more than 2000 rupees. The breakfast was very good in the morning which is the only upside. Overall hoping they give more attention to the cleanliness and hygiene. Plus the landline for the room service was not working

Location of the hotel is convenient and is nearby to dibrugarh university and also to new market. I had an excellent stay experience, rooms are clean, fragrant and hygiene maintained, very comforting, food delicious. Hotel staff was courteous. They kept asking about the stay and anything needed.

Overall stay was good. Staffs are very courteous and well mannered. Location and ambience good. My 2 concerns are the lobby is so big but the ac was not working. It's suffocating as there is no free flow of air. Next the food is not upto the price they charge. Ok

The hotel is at a good location, the staff are well behaved, the rooms are good but it can be more clean and the washroom also, it's a good hotel but can be improvised. Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.
