I am writing a review while staying at the hotel. My family and I arrived for 7 nights. Three have passed. We are thinking about leaving. I will start with the good. The view from the window, the proximity of the ski lift and the staff. The staff tries and does everything in their power, and little depends on them. Now about the BAD. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, or more precisely in a dead end of Bakuriani, where there is no civilization, it is dark to walk in the evening and you can’t see anything. We had booked a room for two adults and a bed for a child (3.5 years old). We came to the room, and there was one large bed and a playpen for babies (photo below), in which the child simply does not fit. We began to complain, they gave us another room with one double bed and a single bed. Since it was evening and we wanted to rest after the road, we agreed. Having spent the night and not having rested, since it is cramped for two adults to sleep on a double bed, we returned to the issue of the third place. In response, we received information that we had to pay extra. We and another family with a child are staying at the hotel…. With great difficulty they delivered us a folding bed. Either the tour operator screwed us over with the place, or the hotel. But that's not all. Breakfast. Maybe it's normal, but for us it's wild to have breakfast from 9 to 11. There is a photo of the breakfast. There should be a buffet. We were told, since there are no people, the budget is cut!!!!! How do you like it? And that's not all. The coffee for breakfast is INSTANT. Brewed Coffee is paid for and costs like in McDonald's in Europe. Again, we had to sort things out. We were given a concession in the form of ONE brewed Coffee during breakfast. Why one is not clear. Usually at breakfast with a buffet it is in unlimited quantities. My wife and I drink a lot of coffee. Another family checked in today and they are also not happy with the hotel.
