Let's, start with the positives 1. staff are amazing and work so hard 2. Hotel is beautiful 3. Food is absolutely delicious 4. Shuttle service great due to vastness of hotel Now the negatives 1. Ultra unlimited al a carte was an absolute joke, the app does not work when hotel to capacity, we had to complain several times to get 2 bookings in a 1 week stay!!! Guest relations useless! 2. To have to put towels out at 7am is rediculous, no one is policing this and I personally don't want to do this on my well earned holiday!! 3. There should be a map of the internal building due to the enormity of the place, we were in block B and got lost a couple of times in the first couple of days, asked several members of staff who had no idea how to get to!!! Worrying if there is a fire! 4. Massively understaffed had to ask several times each day for drinks in the buffet resteraunt As for the review on how to speak to people for the Al a carte bookings I take offence at this as I have been working with people all my life and have never had a problem!!! All things considered we had a lovely time, and would return if the negatives were addressed

Excellent resort with wonderful service from their friendly staff. Their restaurants are brilliant. Hotel location is fantastic. Hotel is very children friendly with lots of activities. Very clean and modern resort

Excellent hotel outwith the School Holidays . Our overall experience of the hotel was fantastic although remote , everywhere was spotless & staff where very attentive although some had difficulty understanding which i'm sure will improve through time . Location for us was remote but did manage 4-5 excursions during our visit to surrounding areas / markets , loads of bargains to be had . Food was excellent within the buffets but A La Carte's are needing more varied menu & fine tuning , we still enjoyed the experience & locations overlooking the bays . We opted for a swim up room which was spacious for family of three but felt the sofa bed could've been better for our 11 yrs old son , considering the amount we paid . Pools where chilly but thats how we prefer them , nice n cool for a refreshing dip amongst the heat . Children are very entertained at this hotel & felt they were in safe hands , excellent water park ,slides , football , tennis , family fair which included dodgem cars / carosel . free popcorn & candy floss each night . Our son was never away from the games room which had PS5's , table tennis , pool table to mention a few ( again all free ) . Communal pool area was the place to be & experienced this through school holidays & quiet spell , can become very over crowded during the busy season with sun beds becoming scarce. Entertainment was exceptional of an evening & music within the communal bars laters was also wonderful , drinks gorgeous & waiting staff very attentive . Spa area was also exceptional & would recommend the couples massage , very reasonable & made our holiday even more special . All in all a very welcoming hotel & would recomend / revisit .

Hotel is absolutely outstanding. Service is incredible. Went to a restaurant called Cape waiter Sefkan absolutely fabulous great service and was always there to assist us like being in a Michelin star restaurant 5 star!. Pool areas are very nice and the drink service at the tables is also exceptional. There is also another member of staff who was amazing throughout this whole experience. Mehmet Ali is a legend and was there for us throughout the holiday. But Sefkan is a legend!

We have had a lovely week staying at Anda Barut. The hotel is stunning, beautiful location, spotlessly clean, staff are all super attentive and lovely they can’t do enough for you, special mentions for Deniz the roller skater girl from the adult only pool bar and Hulya they are both a credit to the hotel. Food and drink good quality and plentiful. Ample dining options for lunch and dinner. There are a few suggestions that we think would make this place a 10/10, whilst the Buffet was lovely its not the best we have ever had in the sense of variety over the week and no real themed night which we missed we think this would improve the buffet experience and another snack bar that was possibly located closer to the beach / adults only section would be good. But this is being super picky. Yes there is building work across the bay some days you can hear it more than others but we didn’t let it spoil our time here.

I am just home after spending a wonderful 10 days in this hotel. I cannot praise it highly enough to the beautiful well kept grounds, to the spotlessly clean rooms, the amazing food, and the wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Well done everyone, I will certainly return!
