We stayed here from the 8-22nd Aug 2024. Overall it was a good stay for the money, however there are a few issues this place needs to resolve to make it better for others in the future. On first glance the pictures make this place look amazing, so they should, it’s marketing. However once you arrive you can see this hotel was clearly an old building and has had a recent revamp, but to an economic standard. Melike, on the front desk was superb, we had a few issues through the stay and she solved the problems quickly and professionally. One being our bathroom ceiling leaking due to faulty drains from the bathroom above. We were moved within 12 hrs. The room was the same just on a different floor. I have to agree with most posts on here that the AC is poor, very poor. However the new room seemed to be ok. Why use 4 screws when 2 and some sealant will hold a shaving mirror? Or simply screwing the mirror frame to the wall rather than hand it? The finishing touches are interesting. But again, it was a room to sleep and wash, nothing more. We had a standard room- double bed, single and a pull out chair bed. Just a tip, by a lilo and use that on the pull out. The balcony was facing the road which was fine, but the opposite hotel must have a noise competition with the LAUR. This was in the main hotel, as there is a sister building next door that houses the 24hr restaurant. There are a variety of restaurants here:- 1. Main Restaurant- this opens from 7 am and runs to 10am for breakfast, 12-2pm for Lunch and 7-9pm for dinner. This had everything you would expect and plenty of it. My advice would be to go early to get a table and save waiting for one to be cleared. There is limited staff here and the pay is poor so don’t expect the ritz. Don’t get me wrong, the staff work hard, there is just not enough of them for the number of guests. This needs improving for high season. 2. Daphne’s- 24hr restaurant. This is in the sister building. It is a waitress/ waiter lead service. You choose 1 of each of the choices per guest. Not multiple meals / plates of food. To be fair this was a welcome change and worked well on arrival and departure. 3. Kitchen and bar - 12-4 pm outside restaurant used at lunch for burgers and wraps. Also used as the Turkish restaurant for the a la Carte option. 4. Ice cream bar- this was open from 12 noon to 4 pm. 3 flavours max- vanilla, Banana andPistachio. This formed the Italian restaurant for the evening a la Carte. 5. Flat bread bar- down the stairs past the small pool. A great find. For daily drinks you have the main pool bar over the bridge, opens at 10am. The ground floor bar from 7 am, staff permitting, the beach bar and the small pool bar down the stairs towards the beach. The cabanas by the infinity pool are €50 and the ones on the pier €25. Sun beds, be down before 07:30am to sort your sun beds. Take your own towels as a starter. Then use the hotel ones, these are brought round by the bab

Seven of us stayed here for two weeks holiday with a total of three rooms between us 2202, 2206 & 2208. The rooms weren’t the best I’ve stayed at with not very good air conditioning, curtains didn’t close properly leaving a big gap for the world to see and the toilet went wrong so many times that I learnt how to fix it myself. They were cleaned every day to a high standard by one of the a very nice cleaning lady who was always too happy to help. Like with most hotels the sun beds had to be reserved as otherwise you’d not get one but instead of searching for where to get the pool towels from like with most hotels I came down to lovely freshly laundered ones on the beds. The drinks from the bars came in decent size glasses and there was a choice of cocktails but not many of the bar staff knew how to do them. There was a lovely employee by the name of Islan who always looked after myself and my family around the pool making sure we always had a drink. There was a good selection of bars available and the queue was never that long and if you wanted to go to a quieter pool and bar there was a pool just outside of the Elegance part of the hotel. Just like most all inclusive hotels there was a good selection of places to eat and 3 different à la cart restaurants, personally my favourite one was the Italian as the restaurant overlooking the sea and the serving staff were great. The Turkish restaurant was very good service too but unfortunately the sea food was a big letdown. The site itself is on flat ground and there’s lifts down to the beach which is great. The beach was the nicest beach that we’ve had in a hotel as it was in a bay and the sea was very calm. The holiday company we went with was On The Beach and they allocated a holiday rep called Charlie from a company called Regal. He was amazing he went beyond what was expected and supported my family in our individual needs. He made sure that none of the locals took advantage and would liaise with them for us. Most of the staff were very nice and polite. There’s probably a lot of things I’ve forgotten to mention but I’d definitely recommend this hotel and come back. ❤️❤️

We had an amazing holiday here! Everything was great. The room were cleaned regularly to a great standard, alongside the whole hotel being very tidy. Everything was easy to find and had many activities - night shows, games, and a Kids Club. All the staff were extremely kind and polite ( cleaning , waiters, especially animation team !! ) Hotel has multiple pools where they have lots of sports, led by the Animation Team ; waterpolo, volleyball etc. Overall, the stay here was fantastic, and would 100% go again.

Quite impressive looking hotel. The check went smoothly. We had a room in the smaller part of the hotel. Our room was ridiculously tiny, hardly any wardrobe space. My partner left his suitcase open on the floor in the end. The view from the balcony was nice, sea straight ahead and a farm on the right. Had a mini bar but the fridge wasn't very cold and was rarely refilled unless we told reception. Self service restaurant's food okay but very repetitive and not enough seating in the evening, very frustrating. Always busy in downstairs bar...staff worked very hard. We spent most of our days sitting beside the small pool( elegance). In the first week it was full of Bulgarians..who could quite loud at times. Very few British people, which was unusual. The restaurant by Elegance pool was very nice, especially to get away from the crowded self service one. Freshly made pizzas and the cheese burger were gorgeous. Plenty of evening entertainment but no board up to advertise what was happening in advance...so missed a few things. Staff overall very good but a lot spoke a limited amount of English sadly. Paid extra to sunbathe on cabanas by infinity pool for the day with our own personal waiter...was nice except the waiter wasn't always around when we wanted something and a spoilt screaming child disrupted our peace & quiet. Beautiful surroundings in the main pool area but loud music playing constantly, not for us. One thing that really annoyed me was this terrible music playing in the background in both restaurants and bar areas...Just on repeat all day...grr! I did sense that the Turkish people holidaying here definitely got better service...branded alcohol products were suddenly found beneath the counter. Overall this hotel isn't worthy of 5 stars and lots of room for improvement.

A wonderful hotel, with wonderful staff, and the food was great. They have valet parking, but if you have a hybrid car, make sure they know what they are doing or park it yourself because after they had parked my car a three-year-old Toyota hybrid, recently serviced. The car would not go, the battery had somehow gone flat after four days. I had to pay car technicians to sort it out.

I visited this hotel with my mum in law and we really enjoyed it. Where should I start? Ladies at reception were very kind and they explained us everything about the hotel. We get the family room with sea views. We fall in love with the view and design of the room. Food was perfect we were very exited about the Turkish all inclusive. Staff was very kind and always smiling. Also there was so much activity also for kids. Like mini disco and cooking time. The kids looked that really enjoy it We enjoyed this holiday and recommended this hotel 100%

Not sure where the "good" reviews came from?? This hotel is more like a 2-star budget place to stay in an emergency. The food is disgusting. We have ordered Caesar salad, and we received some leafs with no tomato, no parmesan cheese. My daughter found live fly in her salad. Most of the food is cold and undercooked. Breakfast is an absolutely joke. Every single day, the same very poor quality food with limited options. Apollo restaurant quite often has no chicken dishes available due to "management not ordered any chicken." Roms need full refurbishment. We came as a group of 3 families. Checked in quite late in the evening and noticed no hot water in one of the rooms. Immediately reported to reception but had to wait until the next day afternoon to change the room. No pool towels are available. When we asked for few has been told to wait a few hours. After almost half a day, still no towels. We had to go outside any buy from local shops. Poor quality of drinks. Pool bar staff is quite rude, especially bar manager, who most of the time spent on the phone talking to someone while taking orders. Not professional at all. Overall, this place is not worth the money we pay for. Definitely not coming back.
