Very dirty hotel not worth a star Location is 15 minutes from the headquarters Rooms are very old Filled with children The pool looks accordingly I wanted an ashtray They filled me a cup with water and gave it to me as an ashtray for a 4/5 Star hotel it is not acceptable.
Elevators sometimes work and you have to wait about 5 minutes for them. The bathroom is calcified and there is no warm water.

This hotel is not a 5* more like a 1 at best ,it was filthy we booked a superior room, there was hair in the bed the bathroom had scum and mold on the tiles and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks the towels were dirty and our room overlooked the bins out the back of the hotel and the smell was horrendous, we got there at 7 in the morning and had to battle to get a change of room , the man on reception was rolling his eyes to other members of staff when I shown him the photos I had just took of the room, was told to go back at 1 as there would be people checking out at 12, we went back at 1.15 to be told the rooms had all been taken up, I eventually got hold of our rep who told us to go back at 4, eventually at 5 pm we got moved rooms ,the food experience was equally as bad , same food every day if you want to eat on the outside of the restaurant, dont you will be plagued by flies, the food was not covered so flies were having a field day, the toilets of the hotel were not clean, the outside sun beds had padded covers which were grey with dirt and stains all over them, overall it has been the worst hotel iv ever been 2!

Down grade to 2 star, hair in bathroom sink, shower walls, toilet shelf after complaining from Sunday they cleaned it in Thursday. Safe, fridge, TV, remote control not working, very poor housekeeping, no changing of coffee cups. Dust behind beds and headboards, yuk. Both coffee machines not working am, food over cooked, regurgitated chicken daily, dry. Breakfast at 7am but fried eggs/omelette only served at 8am!! All food cold. Flies inside restaurant on food, cats on table and chairs. Tables not wiped clean, serving plates not washed properly. Drinks watered down, sunbed mattresses disgusting. And so the list goes on. Worst holiday ever, unhygienic, dirty, staff poor command of English, passing buck and some were rude

TERRIBLE PLACE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL 0 Star, FULL Of S**** , WORST NIGHTMARE OF OUR LIFE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, complete SCAM Worst holiday ever, never come to this hotel it's at maximum 2 stars their deceivingly advertising IT AS A 5 star, it's disgusting there's MOULD in the BATHROOMS, rooms are small, aircons are super OLD EVERYONE GOT THE COLDS DUE TO THAT, the variety of food is less plus you get diarrhoea be be cautious, dirty rooms UNHOOVERED, uncleaned, staff can't HELP WITH anything at all always a big NO, never had this type of service in my life whilst we've come 4 times before to Turkey, house keeping doesn't change bedcovers and towels you have to forcefully get it from themselves coz they don't want to give it and put it ON yourselves, they refused to give hotel key cards even though we were a family of 4 we spoke others they done the exact same thing to them as well, the kettle was super nasty with MOULD INSIDE IT, SHOWERS AND SINKS had all sorts of coloured marks and stains all over it, fridge HAD MOULD, SOFBED WAS BROKEN, we are STAYING RIGHT NOW AT THE MOMENT 12-20SEP RIGHT NOW AND HATING EVERY MOMENT OF IT, LIFTS BROKE DOWN, BINS AREN'T CHANGED, TV IS 10INCH LOOOL FROM BACK IM THE 1980s, infant sized toilet never seen before, decor has not been touched in the past 40 years, wallpaper ripped ect, we're having a nasty disgusting holiday fully disappointing that love holidays can accept them to advertise this as 5 star, spent quite a bit of my savings, all to waste with this hotel

Everything was nice apart of cleaning of the room which was not amazing, that’s the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 . Food is amazing and a lot of choices, atmosphere very good . Staff friendly and respectful . The pool is very clean. Nice family place for holidays

Where do I start we booked this as a 5 star all inclusive and it is NOT it’s dirty disgusting. We paid to move after 3 nights as our holiday provider was slow to help The food is like mush and the bar is 3 bottles of warm wine gin and vodka in tiny cups :( They have one bar on the 1st floor it’s a dark depressing hotel do not waste your money as it was miserable and we were not impressed :(

I absolutely do not recommend it We had two rooms Both dirty, only cleaned once during the week, bed linen not changed at all. The food was simply not good and the same every day. The dining room was dirty, there was no cutlery and flies flying everywhere. It is definitely not a five-star hotel. It was not our first time in Turkey so we have a comparison of hotel standards in this country. This hotel is a mistake I do not recommend it

We are here now, English family, 2 adults, 3 children (12, 13, 14). Granted, the hotel is not 5* but that was obvious before we arrived due to the price, I would say 3*. If this hotel was advertised as a 3*, the reviews would all be good. We are 4 days in and cannot complain about anything. Yes, the rooms are dated, furniture around the hotel could do with an upgrade and the food is not 5* but it is absolutely perfect for us, adults and kids have all eaten well, snack bar by the pool is perfect for lunch rather than getting dry and dressed to go in the main restaurant. Pool is plenty big enough, kids have all really enjoyed the slides. Animation team are hilarious. Reception staff are really helpful, even with the language barrier. They will use Google translate if they can't understand you. Yes there are flies but I don't think the hotel can be blamed for that. We picked up a cheap insect repellent from the supermarket close by which has completely solved that problem for us. All in all, we would definitely come back!
