1.硬件設施不錯，房間裝修也挺上檔次，有停車場，有地暖沒空調，周圍飯店很多，距離景區售票處不遠。2.但服務有欠缺——兩點到辦不了入住，一直等到三點半才把房間打掃出來，乾等了一個半小時。3.日出房視野不錯，不過有部分房子遮擋。4.一次性拖鞋材質不錯，但太滑太滑，同行人好幾個被滑倒。5.大床房一次性浴巾衹給了一塊。6.廁所捲紙材質很不好，建議提升一下，紙又不貴。7.窗子沒有紗窗，沒空調悶，開窗又有蛾子飛進來。

3月份去的屬於淡季整個扎尕那沒什麼人，連吃飯的地方也沒有，民宿應該是新開的硬件在當地還算不錯了，總體還可以吧

很棒的入住體驗，門口就是停車場🆓！房間乾淨整潔，落地窗視野巨好🆒！老闆熱情好客，春節扎尕那沒有一家餐廳開門，老闆邀請我們去他的客廳做客，還給我們吃了好多東西🆙知道我們要去洛克之路，還給了許多建議🆕！一點小建議：淋浴間增加掛鈎，方便掛衣服~

體驗非常差，衞生堪憂，且沒有提供瓶裝水。環境差的一塌糊塗。
就是他們家的出租屋，大家千萬千萬千萬不要去這個地方，不推薦在扎尕那住。

一直想去扎尕那，這次終於和朋友來了，景色真的超級棒，滿滿的大自然氛圍，民宿位置很好，停車吃飯買東西都很方便，最最最主要的是衞生也很好，而且整個裝修都是少數民族風格，窗外就是扎尕那美景，拍照很出片，就很幸運沒有踩雷，老闆人也很熱情，看我們是女孩還幫忙拿行李幫忙停車，真的超級棒這家民宿！
