1.房間標註30～40平，實際20平不到（有老闆親口承認和測量的錄音視頻，已跟攜程投訴）；
2.2雙拖鞋底如照片（個人感覺是用過的）全部撕毀；
3.電熱水器衹有60L，是從房間插卡後開始加熱，如果入住太晚的話 需要等待很久。

差評！！！差評！！！差評！！！
第一，前台接待員服務意識極差。
第二，賓館房間在住宅樓一樓，標準間面積比正常賓館小很多。
第三，賓館熱水器是電熱水器，容量小，第一個人洗澡後，第二個人沒有熱水了，要等好長時間後才能洗澡。

房間設施都挺新的，老闆人也特別好，旅遊在攜程上看的，想着就是新開的，所以才入住的，發現都還挺不錯的，畢竟對我來説睡覺嘛，主打一個舒適乾淨衞生！

房間小又比較悶，不值三百多，到晚上就降價為200多了，十月天晚上還有好幾衹蚊子🦟，也沒有衣架，唯一好的是前台姑娘特別好。

酒店是新開的，特別乾淨！位置也好，離美食街不遠。性價比超高！此處要十分感謝酒店前台的小妹，因為我們忘記關車燈，而前來敲門兩次詢問車牌號，提醒沒關燈。太感謝了！強烈推薦這家酒店給大家！

首先房間5.1日。100多的價位和質量真的驚到了，前台小姐姐佳麗人也很好，我的耳機落到店裡，還幫我郵寄，瘋狂點贊👍。房子唯一不好的就是衞生間有丟丟子反味，整個房間有味道，但是大晚上困的懶得換了。淋浴間水放出來有3-5秒的黃水，沒留意弄了我一身，衣服都沒法穿，這點要改進就更好了，這個好評是給為我們服務的小姐姐的。希望看到了可以誇誇她

前台人很好，我們很早就到了，因為家人不舒服，就讓我們提前入住了。停車方便，旁邊有自己的停車場。房間乾淨，看上去是重新裝修過。位置離中心不遠，可以步行去吃飯。
