Our trip to the Grandvrio was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted with warmth and a welcome drink. The service from every level of staff member was friendly and genuinely kind. We stayed at one of the villas with a private pool, which was amazing to have. We were provided with complimentary snacks every evening, the breakfast options were also great. While the location may be a little far away from the city center, free shuttles were provided to DaNang and Hoi An. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered.

There were parasols and beach chairs set up among the palm trees, so I was able to relax on the beach while feeling the pleasant breeze without worrying too much about sunburn.
Also, the staff always stopped what they were doing to greet me, so I felt that I was treated very well as a guest (even when I forgot something and passed by several times, they always greeted me, so I felt sorry).
I was informed of a change in my flight schedule during my stay, which made me panic, but thanks to the manager's advice, I was able to calmly deal with the situation (I ended up negotiating directly with the airline at the airport and was able to return home safely on a different flight via Hanoi. Thank you very much).
I also enjoyed renting ao dai and doing beach yoga, and the large public bath meant that I didn't have to wait long for a shower.
I was also grateful that they carried my suitcase on the shuttle bus and left it at the Grandvrio City Danang Hotel on my last day.
Thank you very much for all your help.
I would like to stay with a plan that includes a spa next time.
