Beautiful property with beautiful sea view. Good food good taste, specially for Bengali people and who loves sea food. Rooms are spacious and clean.perfect destination for family tour. Staff behaviour is good. Thank you. We will visit again.

It was a truly comfortable stay in the hotel, our room was in the 2nd floor premium pool and garden facing room with a balcony. The room is very spacious. It has necessary amenities. This Room is tastefully furnished and well planned. Service and staff behaviour I found very cooperative. Tasty food and a wide range of menu is available in its inhouse restaurant

All staff members are excellent in service and they are very coperate the property is excellent in allaspects like rooms, atmosphere, service, food, ambience. It was beyond our expectations. Wish all of them all the very best. We will surely visit again soon

The hotel staff needs to learn hospitability. The staff is not at all courteous. You will not get a response for hours on asking something. The breakfast has limited options with tasteless food. The waiters serving at the restaurant are untrained,

It's a very good star category hotel but management should oversee all aspects otherwise reputation will be in question. Bathroom has a persistent bad smell. Water bottle is uncleaned.

Stay was good, however the front desk staff was very rude, due to next day hotel was booked for VIP guests they didn't attended the existing guest properly also they insist us to do early check out even room were empty. While we kept our luggage and went out for roaming locally as our train was late when we came back they were gathered and talking about us that we are setting and VIP guests will come and it won't look good
