1. The swimming pool was not clear

It was most thirdclass stay. room was provided with very small. dirty spots in the bed linen and walls of room. toilet also dirty leakage of water from taps and showers every time. zeero maintained hotel. no chair and table provided in the room. booking was with breakfast but they did not provided breakfast to us. they have no regret for this. why mmt book this type of hotels.

very bad experience. resturant service is pathetic. for lunch have to wait for 1 hr. for a bottle of water delivery at room have to wait for 2hr, for tea it's never coming.
pool service.... there is no maintenance of pool. the ladder is broken. water quality is very poor. no proper hygiene is being maintained at pool side... some of tourist entering the pool with their slippers or cotton clothes on.. extreme situation happen when a couple started smoking in the pool and there is no one to stop them... very disappointed... I am definitely suggest not to book this property.. never ever or else ur trip will be miserable...

There are not available room cleaning facilities.. They didn't provide any room cleaning within 2 days.Even they provide Dinner 11.00 PM..My asking time was 9.30

Restaurant service was pathetic. Also pool was dirty for children’s. We are unable to use this pool. whatever you want from restaurant they are just saying food is not available. And also do not take any plane from this hotel bcoz You will get food every day as long as you stay which is not acceptable. Over all the hotel was not good.

No exhaust fan, no packed waters, no dinner tables, room service is ok, room lock is manual. Lift was suspended one time.

The property is located on the highway but away from sea beach. Wifi was excellent. The room was ok but not well furnished. The rate charged was quite high compared to the market rate for such hotels. The restaurant was very good and well maintained. Service by debabrata pradhan was excellent, serving with a smile. Room service was okay. You should remember that no hotel or bus ticket rates are fixed in digha. There are plenty of options for stay, food and travelling. Don't hesitate in bargaining.
