No exhaust fan, no packed waters, no dinner tables, room service is ok, room lock is manual. Lift was suspended one time.

The property is located on the highway but away from sea beach. Wifi was excellent. The room was ok but not well furnished. The rate charged was quite high compared to the market rate for such hotels. The restaurant was very good and well maintained. Service by debabrata pradhan was excellent, serving with a smile. Room service was okay. You should remember that no hotel or bus ticket rates are fixed in digha. There are plenty of options for stay, food and travelling. Don't hesitate in bargaining.

The hotel is in nice position as per communication wise & also they have enough area and space, very good family friendly, kids playing zone and also very well maintained garden area. The quality & taste of food is excellent but it is little bit of expensive. As per behavior of the staff each & every one is so good, polite, well behaved and well maintained. We just completed our family trip with my 3yrs daughter who enjoyed v. Much here. This all are the reason i already visited here twice & if we have further plan definitely want again to stay here.

I stayed in the property for 2 days, while booking the property the quality of quadrant room shown is not the same which the hotel provide you. The bathroom doors does not have a lock, the swimming pool is chargeable, however not mentioned. Food quality is not good and extra expensive competitively. There are lot more hotels nearby which are better and luxury even at a cheaper price and close to the beach. The only good thing about the property is the behaviour of the staff.

This is a decent hotel with good amenities. The rooms are spacious. We had a great time there. I went there with my family of four. The pool was good, the breakfast was decent with expected menu and taste was also good. Staff behaviour was very good and polite. My only qualm was that, and i have experienced this in other hotels as well, is that the tv and ac remote was not working, they changed both the remote multiple times, but still it didn't worked properly. The outdoor premise has a kids playground. The parking lot is inside the building premise. Overall our stay was good and i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were dirty, food some times did had salt in it. Very costly food but didn't taste as good as the price was. The swimming pool water was not hygienic to swimming in. We all were itching.

Food is very good. Reasonably priced. Service is good. The rooms needs to be renovated. I was there with my wife and son but the room allotted was very small and the bed is not at all for 3. After complain they changed the room and i have to compromise my room category. Bath room fittings needs to be changed or thoroughly cleaned as they got pretty old. Overall mid rated stay. And the beach is not at all 3-4 mins walk.

except water nothing is free while paying 5000+ per day. Sorry i am not at all have any interest with make my trip. The contact number which you have given in book slip is not a valid number. Please check at your point. Person who are booking at the hotel are charging 3500- per day with the facilities which they gave to me.
