Frist of all there are no punctual. We had reached there 11:15 PM O clock and I went to the reception guy and told him I went to book my room online, he checked and He told me to give it some time.Where my checking time was 12:00 O clock.
Service was drastically bad because cleaning They don't have a cleaning schedule. I asked them repeatedly but they couldn't clean the room.

there is no proper chek in and chek out time..our chek in time was 12pm but we have to wait up to 1pm and staff behaviour is very poor. they. can't handle it properly.... please avoid this hotel....

I booked single ac room for single person but they refused to give me and told me that no room for single persons .
They told me to take money back from make my trip app but it is not possible.
later I had to call my friend to stay with me.
Room and was moderately clean and ac was functioning properly . It is close to the old digha beach.

our train was late I informed them, they alloted our room other people, and they alloted us uncleaned used room. No towel, no bedsheet nothing.

worst experience ever ...ac not working, unhygienic toilet,room, unprofessional behaviour of staff,room light not enough, unclean bed sheet...,tv not working in any room

Pathetic Experience. The rooms were dirty. The washroom is also not cleaned. No amenities provided. Even Wifi was not available. The restaurant was not operational. A/C accesscibility was also under their whims and wishes, no remote provided the A/C.
