Good stop over on the north of the city. Secure parking and six stops on the tram to centre - don’t forget to buy a ticket before boarding. Good breakfast. Room in line with expectations for a Campanile, although required curtains to be drawn for privacy. No issues with staff.

Similar to a previous reviewer I’m having to sleep in the car as the hotel could not give me the room I reserved. After driving 12 hours I arrived with two children to the hotel at 10pm to be told the 3 single bed room I booked on HRS and was confirmed as booked is not available and only a double bed is available. I could have booked a two bed for much cheaper elsewhere but paid a premium for the three beds. As I could not find anywhere else to book at 10pm I had to give the room to my children and sleep in the car. Thomas on reception was no help, he gave no ideas to resolve and was quite rude. I mentioned he could call head office or a manager, or move a mattress into the room, or find another hotel to transfer me to, or give me two rooms for price of one. He refused to even consider any of these options, saying it was too late to call anyone or do anything (I think he was going home at 11pm) and he had no authority to do anything (but also said he was the manager) I had paid 85euros+tax for the room. His only offer was another room for 100euros! More expensive than the one I had already booked! He even offered 10% off to take it to 90 which I took as him making a joke. Avoid this hotel, they seem to have a broken booking system and no customer service. Car park was locked on arrival and had to wait for another guest to use their code to let me in. At least it was secure to sleep in the car for the night. A complaint to Louvre Hotels has resulted in them shifting the blame to HRS but this doesn’t resolve the rude service and no help to solve the problem on the night leaving a family to work out how to sleep in a car.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres dans cet établissement. Propres certes mais ensemble vieillissant. Le pire ce fut la soirée au restaurant de l hôtel.....une carte restreinte et des mets mal cuisinés visiblement décongelés et très mal retravaillé poisson sec....viande demandé "bleue" reçue à point et gorgée d'eau! Et en prime une altercation avec un inconnu venu de nulle part et visiblement éméché qui voulait en découdre physiquement sur le parking!. Attitude " lunaire "de la responsable qui a semblé ne pas prendre très au sérieux cet incident et même pas proposé un "geste". Le tout pour une note de plus de 200 euros évitez les apéritif style"biere"...hors de prix!....bref à éviter. Étant habitués à nous arrêter chez "campanile " justement pour la bonne réputation de leurs restaurants attenant à l'hôtel ...J'ose espérer qu il s'agit là d'une exception.

Hôtel d'aspect vieillot extérieurement, on se demande où on est tombé. Mais des chambres très propres et totalement rénovées qui n'ont pas à rougir de certains hôtels. La literie très correcte. L'essentiel est là. Un personnel agréable. Je reviendrai.

Nous avons été dans cette hôtel proche du Zénith et de la toison d'or de Dijon... Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel est fort sympathique... La formule petit-déjeuner est très bien et variée. Je recommande fortement cette établissement

Séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel durant un déplacement professionnel sur Dijon, à la toison d'or. Bon Hôtel, visiblement récemment rénové. La salle de bain est propre et en très bon état, tout comme la chambre. Bon rapport qualité / prix.
