We stayed here for two nights and it was a perfect location for exploring Dinant. Frédéric had great communication and check in and out was easy. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in and it was perfectly clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen for us to use as well.

No key in the Lock Box! NEED TO HAVE ONE LOCK BOX PER APARTMENT. I called Frederic 3 times. No help. He just said it was not his fault, as another guest took 2 keys. Eventually another guest let me in. I waited outside in the street for over an hour with my bags. A complete Disaster. Stairs look like they are temporary stairs on a construction site, together with scaffolding supports. Very precarious.

Réservation last minute lors d'une nuitée improvisée à l'occasion d'un trip bikepacking. Accueil sympa, logement nickel et spacieux. Cyclists Friendly et possibilité de mettre les vélos (vraiment) en sécurité. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à y retourner si j'avais encore besoin d'un logement sympa, impeccable et sans prise de tête sur Dinant. Merci Frédéric :-)

Wer keine Ansprüche an eine Unterkunft stellt, einen guten Schlaf hat (laut), und ohne Koffer reist, der mag hier zufrieden sein. Jugendherbergs-Niveau. Wenn ich geduscht habe, musste mein Mann die Tür von außen schließen, und danach auch wieder öffnen. Tür war total verzogen, die Armaturen haben gewackelt und sind zum Teil weggefallen. Auweia!!!!!

Très favorable, chambre Meuse spacieuse vue sur le confluent avec salle de bain et toilettes privée. Cuisine en commun équipée. Café, Thé offert par le propriétaire. Endroit très propre et bien situé de toutes commodités. Stationnement gratuit à 400 m près du magasin Delaize ou payant en bas du gîte

Petite chambre bien située. Vue ville, mais très agréable. Réservation faite pour deux nuits , une chambre double avec coin cuisine. Faux ! La cuisine est en commun en bas. Escalier dangereux. Très étroits. Avec un bagage cela devient compliquer. Chauffage dans la sdb cassé. Signaler au proprio et rien n'a été proposé ( un petit chauffage d'appoint aurait été le bienvenue). Cuisine super équipée. Tres agréable avec vue sur la Meuse. En partant de là, il faut ranger et nettoyer cet endroit. Tout à fait normal mais pas d'eau chaude pour faire la vaiselle. Un bulex est existant, mais l'arrivée d'eau chaude est carrément coupée !!!! La connection du wifi est très très mauvaise. Bref, une fois pas deux.
