第一次來定南古城，想不到古城旁的這家民宿這麼有驚喜。太舒服，這次時間原因，下回再來一定住多幾晚。接待小姐姐很貼心，很好客，有家的感覺！房間的床品很好👍

酒店離古城非常近，晚上看演出方便。房間很大，推窗即湖景，周圍有漂亮的荷花池。衞生設施較齊全，乾淨，還提供古城內的美味早餐券。

環境真的太好啦，我覺得比住在古城裡麪的酒店要好得多。聽着蛙聲入住真的超級棒，窗外就能看到美景，心情也很好。就是空調的風大了點，調不了的。

我們五一出行，提早訂的房，對於節假日也不算貴，房間很大很乾凈，住得舒服，就在古城旁，十分方便，晚上還節目多多

酒店民宿前台無人，延時開房，態度敷衍。所幸餐廳味道不錯，黃經理態度很好。
古城裡節後商鋪衹有一半開門，服務態度一般。小吃店味道普通，客家米粉店服務人員態度惡劣，冤枉我們吃了一個煎蛋沒買單，弄清楚後沒有道歉。
也有服務態度很好的工作人員，但感覺整體沒有受過基本服務培訓，大部分人都是臨時就業。
唯一的安慰就是古城景色還可以。

在春節到店，店家熱情請我們吃圍席，菜品豐富，好好吃，還請來非遺的舞獅表演，增添許多節日的氣氛。房間很舒適，暖氣很足，我們住了兩個晚上，逛完古城回來歇歇、吃吃、睡睡，不要太舒適了。走的時候店家還為我們叫了車，十分方便。大家如果要去客家古城玩，一定要入住這家風荷舉名宿👍

因為帶着孩子，所以考慮在客家古城裡麪的民宿，地址位置較好，參加完古城活動後比較方便孩子休息，春節假期比平時溢價50%。提前打電話來問幾點幾人入住，感覺態度已經不怎麼好了，到店是一個啊姨，入門就黑口黑麪似的，稱呼客人全名，太沒有禮貌了。房間衞生一般，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，沒有冷水導致水温很燙。一個房間包含了兩名村席名額，小孩另外收40元一人，竟然是不含座位的，要不抱着吃要不擠着坐。導致最後一共11人坐8人桌。如果阿姨是民宿主人，那我衹能説自求多福。如果阿姨是景區請回來看店的，那希望景區考慮換一下人。景區很美，魚燈很美，阿姨很不禮貌。不要讓這些人玷污了景區的口碑。

春節期間360+一晚房間（送村席）性價比很不錯，但是就是服務有點跟不上，房間的枕頭沒有完全收拾完，枕套從一開始聯繫到離店都還是沒有補上。早餐券沒有發，而且準備也不夠，導致第二天吃早餐很被動。吃完早餐回來房間鎖就壞了，房卡備用房卡都開不了，還要找物理鑰匙開。
入住當天下午休息的時候，有個阿姨直接用萬能卡打開房間，把家人嚇了一大跳。
還好最後民宿還是安排了車送我們回高鐵站。
希望可以有所改進。

各方面都不錯，就是春節古城人多的關係車子不讓進來，謝謝民宿工作的小姐姐電瓶車給我們開路帶我們進到離古城最近的停車地方，再電瓶車把我們行李帶到民宿，晚上還免費讓我們去參加客家流水席，也算是過年氣氛蠻好。
