設施：什麼都挺好，就是設施一般。電視不能選擇看電影、也不能投屏，衹能看頻道，而且衹有三五個頻道勉強有畫面直接卡死，其他頻道都是沒信號，電視畫質很差和黑白差不多。
床裏的彈簧睡覺直接硌得慌，有翻身或者其他動作嘎巴嘎巴響
隔音能力沒有，隔壁正常聊天都能聽到
樓上上廁所，樓下馬桶有響動。聲音很大
服務：很好
環境：不差
衞生：挺好
交通：很方便，附近美食也多

如家老了，這是我住這次如家酒店的最大感受。雖然服務還在，但是硬件設施都跟不上現在新的連鎖酒店。房間小，設施陳舊，連電吹風都是壞的，這家還沒有免費的停車場。不過優點還是有的，服務員的素質還是在線的。地段也不錯。如果路過臨時，過夜還是可以的。

住過最差的酒店沒有之一！前台辦理入住時效率極低，排隊半小時才拿到房卡。房間衞生狀況堪憂，床單上有明顯污漬，衞生間角落還有毛髮，馬桶邊緣發黃。空調噪音巨大，根本無法正常休息，報修後維修人員姍姍來遲，問題也沒徹底解決。説好的免費早餐，種類少且不新鮮，麪包都乾硬了。花這麼多錢住得一肚子氣，服務和設施與宣傳嚴重不符，避雷避雷！
