Horrible experience. Hotel facilities were average. We got stuck in the lift. 3 of our rooms had non-functioning air conditioning in 36° weather. When we alerted the night manager we were told there was nothing that could be done and that only the general manager had the ability to provide discounts or refunds and he would be here in the morning. The night manager texted the general manager and received NO RESPONSE. In the morning after a horrible nights sleep in a boiling hot room the gm GEORGIOS PAPAMICHAIL then lied about receiving any messages from the night manager and was extremely rude, providing no solution not even an apology. Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend!!!

A nice clean hotel just a 5 minute walk from town centre. Rooms are spacious and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and decent quality. Ideal for staying in before a trip to mount Olympus if you want to make sure you are well rested.

I stayed for two nights in May 2023, Very comfy situated in the center, spacious room with view, parking, small swimming pool and sauna in the basement, polite staff,very polite welcome from Sevi in the reception, reasonable prices, within walking distance to Enipeas path and little bars in the river. I would definitely stay there again

Cet hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville est agréable. Tout ici est clinquant, un peu trop, on se croirait dans un 4 étoiles, même si la literie laisse à désirer, si l'on se cogne dans l'écran de télévision en entrant dans la salle de bain; mais il y a une piscine en sous-sol , une vue magnifique sur le Mont Olympe et le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Εξαιρετικό το ξενοδοχείο,το είχα επισκεφτεί το 2005 και είναι ακόμη καλύτερο σήμερα από ο,τι το θυμόμουν. Τα δωμάτια καλαίσθητα και πεντακάθαρα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι,σε έκαναν να αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ανυπομονώ να ξαναβρεθώ εκεί σύντομα!

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου Απίστευτη θέα, συνδιάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και πρόθυμο να ικανοποιήσει κάθε λογική επιθυμία. Η παροχή parking μας διευκόλυνε. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και ευρύχωρα. Αυτό που μας εξέπληξε περισσότερο ήταν η απόλαυση και η ασφάλεια που νιώσαμε στην πισίνα. Ευχάριστη εμπειρία.

Gut: + Zentrale Lage, trotzdem absolut ruhig, zu den Restaurants 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß + Parkplätze gratis vor dem Haus + sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal + geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, ausreichend Ablageflächen im Zimmer und im Bad, Laminatboden im Zimmer (besser als Teppich) + gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit landestypischen Produkten, Eier werden nach Wunsch zubereitet Nicht so toll: - Kein Frühstücksbuffet, obwohl dies bei Hotelinfos so angegeben war - Zimmer etwas verwohnt (Vorhänge löchrig und aus der Schiene gerissen) - Bad renovierungsbedürftig (schwarze Fugen rings um die Badewanne und unten an der Duschabtrennung) - Duschabtrennung zu klein, Boden ist dadurch nach jedem Duschen überschwemmt Fazit: 4-Sterne unserer Ansicht nach nicht gerechtfertigt
