The service is relatively poor. When you check in, you need to issue a unified invoice for the communication of meals, and it will not be approved when you leave the store. Commitment to communicate with the manager to reply to the request by email, and there will be no more reply as a result. No credit, average meals. Fabulous in every way! The staff is fantastic from servers to reception to housekeeping. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast is delicious! We were only there for a short pre cruise stay but I would go back in a heartbeat. We also had an amazing dinner in the South American restaurant. I will write a separate review

A group of 6 friends stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights before heading to the Galapagos. The staff is friendly and helpful! Mauricio from the front desk is incredible and will help you set up all transportation and get you reservations at the best restaurants. The rooms are huge and well equipped. The daily breakfast was filling and delicious. Your right in the heart of the old town. Don’t skip this hotel!

I am happy to report that the previous reviews didn’t let me down. This is a modern fresh hotel, if you are looking for a “western” experience Then you will be comfortable staying here. The lobby is a nicely appointed, cool place to hang out with friends. In the afternoon you have complementary water & fruit along with coffee. The staff is friendly and eager to help you with your needs. Our room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was new, the mattress was comfortable, the climate control worked perfectly and was not noisy. The bathroom was clean, modern, and in our room anyway- separation between sink and toilette, which was nice. Breakfast was awesome, this was important for us, and I heavily relied on the reviews hoping for accuracy: they were correct. Plenty to choose from, from fresh fruit to hot food to pastries to olives and cheese to yogurt with oats/nuts to freshly prepared juices like carrot and kiwi ….really something for everyone. We were happy with our stay! We would be happy to return to this property again when we are back in Quito. --- Tips: 1) Supermaxi Supermarket next block over, they carry many imported items that you may find very useful during your stay in Quito. We bought our bottled water for our day trips and wine/beer for the evening, super convenient and I am grateful it was so close! 2) We ate at the Italian restaurant “Briciola” twice, it too is right around the block. Even though my home city in Italy is over 10,000km away; I was happy to have this in the neighborhood.

When you book, check out the Cathedral of Quito 3 km. It is actually very tired for 100 minutes of walking up and down the mountain road, especially when you go to the old city to eat and watch the night scene. After that, every day around the Old Town Square, a taxi back to the hotel for 4-5 to 5 dollars is also a small expense. In addition, when it rains outside the third day, the room window leaks!

The hotel facilities are new, the room has a good view, and the snow-capped mountains can be seen from the large flat windows. The hotel also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The service staff is attentive. The free shuttle to and from the airport is also provided. The breakfast is also very hearty and I am satisfied with my stay.

It is in the middle of everything. Pamela met me at the front desk. She was helpful since she knew I had just traveled for 24 hours. The service throughout the hotel was superb. Grethel, Roberto and Germathia were all delightful with meals and directions. Daniel attended to my room needs every day. There is a shuttle to the airport which is about 15 miles away from the hotel. Fabulous hotel.

My wife and I always stay overnight at the Wyndham when we arrive on a late flight to Quito after our travels. We live fairly close-by but we feel like we are extending our vacation for another night when we stay here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone we come into contact with is very nice and provides impeccable service.

The service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.
