Excellent service,next to perfection. very friendly staff attentive and always happy to help, from reception to roomservice,in particullar the staff on the restaurant they were impressive, the staff on the various swimming pools , even the staff on the beach in sourcing the chairs and keeping the street sellers at bay to stop them from bothering us . There are so many positive things that I could tell about the hotel, but all in all was an amazing experience that I will remember forever

The overall holiday was good A few issues here and there with a member of staff at the bar in the afternoon shift The room was clean and the tonele changed daily which was good The staff in reception was very friendly and helpful The aqua park was not open so we coudn’t use it I very big plus for this place was the animation team who always had a good energy and we’ve had a lot of fun with them and a special thanks for the two best animators ( Maya , Emma ) 🩷

The rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. The food is so delicious and the staff are the best around! Especially the animation team they’re always on fire and they’re also so helpful and friendly supportive specially my favourite entertainer my lovely mayaa❤️

Positives • Friendly and helpful bar staff at the Blu Bar near the pool. • Tiga and Jamaica from the animation team were fantastic – engaging and enthusiastic. • Cleaners were very good and friendly – rooms were well maintained throughout the stay. ⸻ Negatives Room & Facilities • Hairdryer fixed to the bathroom wall with only one setting – not effective. • Bathroom had only one light, making it very dark. • TV not working and remote missing. • Fridge was cold inside but extremely hot on the outside. Cleanliness & Ambience • Dark and outdated interiors in the restaurant, reception, and bar. • Outside eating area only opened on the last day and had ants and cats around. Customer Service • Reception staff were grumpy and rude with little to no communication. • Overall lack of welcome and hospitality from staff. Food & Drink • Food quality varied – some days good, other days repetitive with few options. • Cocktails were poor quality, and there was no option to pay extra for better ones. • No ice cream or ice lollies available by the pool – had to go to the hotel next door and pay. Noise & Atmosphere • Drilling and hammering around the pool during tiling work disrupted relaxation. • Loud lawnmower in use near the pool area – had to shout to hear each other. • Despite being advertised as an adults-only hotel, there were many children in the pool area.
