Το ξενοδοχείο είναι περίπου 12 κμ από το κέντρο της πόλης . Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο . Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό , ορισμένα εδέσματα ( όπως τυρόπιτα , σπανακόπιτα ήταν κρύα ). Δεν λειτουργούσε κεντρική θέρμανση , αλλά υπήρχε η δυνατότητα λειτουργίας κλιματιστικού για   θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο .
