Accommodations were super lush, amenities were fantastic, service was excellent. Leila Errajy especially made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I enjoyed the Arabic coffee each time I returned to the villa, the fresh fruit plates, toiletries provided. The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious.

I had an excellent stay , from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. I would especially like to thank Laila at the front desk for her quick response and outstanding service. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

The first day of our stay was perfect and even better than we had hoped. We did, however, have a few problems the next morning that were hard to ignore. The air conditioning stopped working, and it couldn't be fixed until 1 pm, which was only an hour before we were supposed to leave. There was also a water leak in the roof of the bathroom downstairs, which was inconvenient. Also, while the breakfast arrangements were really nice, the food quality or taste wasn't what could be usually expected from a LXR property. Even so, we really valued how hard the staff worked to make our stay memorable, despite these problems. Thank you very much to Mariam from Gym Khana restaurant and Hasib, who is in charge of housekeeping, for their great service and kindness. We are also very thankful to Ms. Nour Kheriji for patiently handling our upgrade requests. I think we had a good time overall, and we hope to go back soon.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the LXR team. The kids really enjoyed the private swimming pool and the hot tub. They were in the pool till 10 pm :) The first day of our stay was truly spot on and exceeded our expectations. However, we did face a couple of issues on the following morning that were difficult to overlook. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working and couldn’t be repaired until 1 pm, which was just an hour before our scheduled check-out. Additionally, there was a water leak from the downstairs bathroom ceiling, which caused some inconvenience. That said, we truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel's dedicated staff, who made our stay memorable despite these setbacks. We are also deeply grateful to Ms. Nour Kheriji for her patience and professionalism in handling our upgrade requests. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning soon
