Marriott Executive Apartments Doha, Le Mirage City Walk

Had the opportunity too visit Breathe Spa in City Walk. This spa is really fantastic. The facilities are wonderful and the staff are very knowledgeable. I urge you too please drop by amd enjoy not only the snow cave but also the salt too Finally Hanin thank you for a fantastic Hammam

I love the experience it’s one of the cleanest places in Doha, The staff is great, I was greeted and taken to a tour on my first day through every facility in the building, which is really well maintained. I would recommend to ask for their marketing person, his name Rao Prasad as is one of the best and fast acting staff member which made me come to this establishment every time I am visiting.

So I have been staying at Le mirage for more than 6months now.I would like to mention Ms Shalini and Mr Yam who have been incredible.They both are from the housekeeping team and are doing a commendable job.They both are great humans and are always ready to help. Kudos to you both

I have been a resident at the CityWalk Le Mirage property for sometime now. The property is well maintained and service is a call away. The facilities are awesome The gym - the running track - the football / basketball court - the pools are so inviting. The house keeping team are so helpful and special mention goes out to Yam and Shalini who do a great job.

That best family residence ever my experience in Adoha ... it is was very enjoyable trip ... I will come for sure again and again ... and I am highly recommend this place to every person in my family to come in ... nice clean alot of activities close to the metro and Alulu market

I stayed here for 9 months and find the management of the property extremely bad. When I posted the previous bad review below I was contacted almost immediately by the property asking me to remove the review because it reflected badly on the property. Now I have left the property and as can be seen in other reviews the property does not refund the deposit that was kept. After a week of leaving the property I was informed that everything was in order and there will be no deductions off the deposit the when querying when I can expect a refund I was advised within 2 weeks. Having made plans on that when following up on the deposit after 3 weeks of check out I’m informed that it hasn’t been signed by the owners. So it seems the owners just take your money and spend it themselves. This is ridiculous as they will pester you for payment prior to month end but then cannot pay back your deposit which is a full month’s rent. That’s a very large sum of money to be out of pocket for and the property management does not care. They advertise as a Marriott but are not yet under the Marriott’s name and service and are just generally poor at managing the properties. There are better managed properties in West Bay. Rather go there than use Le Mirage. The property itself is very good. Lots of amenities such as pool and gym however the sales and leasing team is atrocious. You are informed that you cannot do renewals through reception and have to contact a sales team member. This person responds at their will then expects you to fall into their schedule for when they are available. You must take time out of your schedule to suit them and they will lock you out your apartment if you do not meet the sales and marketing teams schedule after they refuse to reply to an email for 3 days then try and WhatsApp their reply on a weekend non-banking day over a holiday weekend. Why one cannot just work through reception like most other properties baffles me but because of this it makes the property arduous to make any leasing agreement with. They also surcharge credit card payments and are more cared about if the money is in than the guest.
