Great stay for its price. Good location near to the subway and many sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and new, nice swimming pool and sauna. The only little thing - there was never enough fresh towels, as the laundry won't deliver them on time (as we were told). So we had only a floor mat and 1 big towel in our bathroom when we arrived, and in 5 days of our stay - they were changed once upon request. The housekeepers promised to bring the other towels later, but it never happened.

I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying.

The hotel's location is good and the service is OK. It needs to be refurbished and the furnishings are clearly worn out despite the hotel's modernity.
Getting in and out of parking is a bit annoying.
There is no flexibility in checking in or out.
The cleaning service is not at the required level and is not worthy of a 4-star hotel.

Very beautiful, modern city-type hotel with a high level of service and friendliness of all the staff, always ready to help with absolutely any issue.
Nice, comfortable and spacious rooms. Large king-size bed (this is now my dream to buy for home!), several pillows to choose from and a super-comfortable mattress!
Breakfasts are varied, no one will go hungry for sure. There is a standard set: porridge, cereal, omelet, fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, sausages, pastries. But also more satisfying dishes: chicken, potatoes, stewed vegetables and more.
In my opinion, the hotel is very conveniently located: the National Museum is 5-7 minutes walk away, and the Souk Fakiv market is 15-20 minutes walk in a straight line.
The metro station is also 5 minutes away :)
During our vacation, the hotel also provided free vouchers for visiting West Bay Beach, but you need to get there on your own.
The only drawbacks:
- there is a mini-fridge in the room, but for some reason it was not plugged into the socket. And your hand won't fit through the small hole in the cabinet. But we told the reception - they quickly connected it;
- a very small pool, more for children in depth.

Good hotel. Not far from the market and the embankment. Clean, good breakfasts. There was no hairdryer and robe in the room, but they brought them upon request. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. They give vouchers and towels for the beach. But you have to get there yourself. They help call a taxi.
