The room was nice and spacious and the cleaners and dell boys are very good. Very clean rooms. I had an issue with my room, they gave us a smaller one to the one on the pictures, but the lady receptionist who looked maybe Chinese was very helpful. The Egyptian and black receptionists were very rude and not accommodating. I found them to be very abrupt and not welcoming. Considering they are the first impression of the hotel and the ones you regularly contact for help this made the stay quite unpleasant. Luckily our car was parked in the basement so we never had to pass them and went straight to the car. We asked for cutlery they said the kitchen was closed. I’ve never experienced this before, then when we ordered a talabat delivery they refused to send in to the room and when we went to reception is was very rude and said I don’t know where it is go ask the dell boy - like he was above the query. Honestly the reception needs to be improved drastically. The only reason I would stay again is because it was cheap, and I was happy with the room.

Compared with other five-star hotels, the price is very high. The room is smart and big enough. There is plenty of water and air conditioning. The gym is well-equipped. In addition, the transportation is convenient. It is right next to the sadd subway station.

This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. It was great experience overall and the room was crazy good , ( good space and amazing furniture etc ), service in the hotel need little bit of improvement only in the entrance service and security but the other staff members are amazing / why I am saying that ( when you order something to be delivered the staff in the entrance are not well experienced to deal with riders of other delivery people or have good individual sense ( not bad but it need improvement , but the staff in the reception are amaaaaaazing and not included in that .
