I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! Breakfast is OK, that is, the vegetables are less. There are also many types of fruits and drinks. The porridge made from fish, soybeans and fennel beans was good every other day. Yogurt tastes more. A plate of pastries was also delivered on Christmas Eve.

Very nice hotel, location is great near to metro station Benmehmoud only 3 min away, swimming pool is great too.

It was great experience overall and the room was crazy good , ( good space and amazing furniture etc ), service in the hotel need little bit of improvement only in the entrance service and security but the other staff members are amazing / why I am saying that ( when you order something to be delivered the staff in the entrance are not well experienced to deal with riders of other delivery people or have good individual sense ( not bad but it need improvement , but the staff in the reception are amaaaaaazing and not included in that .

Nice location, room clean, near supermarket and restaurant but in room u can heared sound from other room

The staff service was good and the hotel facilities were convenient to use. Valet parking was convenient and if you have a car, there are nearby tourist attractions.

Okay  The type of room, he just gave it to the front desk, I don’t know how to go about it.
