So the hotel is not as bad as some reviews say. The location is right in the center of town near the shops for shopping. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes. Our room was small but quiet and clean. The breakfast was manageable, but sufficient. The hotel car park is approx. 500m away, lockable and costs EUR 7.50 per day; some of the parking bays are very narrow. The owners are nice and helpful. All in all, we found the price-performance ratio in the hotel to be ok to good for a long weekend near the beach and town and can recommend it to that extent. We didn't use the restaurant.
