The property is very imaginatively designed using the natural shape of the landform and mimics Hobbit style earth shelter. Has two separate dwellings of 3 bedrooms (1 with separate bathroom/ toilet outside, 2 with attached ones) and 2 bedrooms (both with attached bathroom / toilet). Well finished, clean and well appointed rooms. 3 bedroom bungalow has separate indoor spacious seating and dining area as also a nice seat-out next to the swimming pool whereas 2 bedroom bungalow has only a small outdoor seating and dining area. Both bungalows have separate small swimming pools. Indian food was very well prepared but the chinese cuisine was below the mark. We had two children with us so we called 45 minutes before reaching and specifically asked the Manager to keep the food ready but we're disappointed to see that food was not ready at all. Staff is courteous and fairly well trained. There was plenty of greenery around the property. The road from Mumbai is bad in patches
