From start to finish this property excels at low standards and failure to meet expectations. Check in process was abysmal. No one at the front to great you or assist with luggage. Front desk staff do not provide any information about the property or welcome you. I did notice some having a welcome drink and someone sitting an explaining things, but I guess not all guest warrant this attention. The decor is minimalist and the entire property smells like a man’s cologne. Colors are neutral to drab but on the positive they do have real flowers. Rooms are small for the price point and do not really stand out as far as amenities. The spa and pool area are abysmal. No order of discipline. Kids own the place and there is not an area for adults only. There is no place to really relax and get away from the noise of kids in a pool. Ahh yes.. the pools are ice cold, even the jacuzzi. Who wants to swim in warm water right? Dining…. Limited options. Food was okay, not five star. When we finished my wife mentioned that her dish was supposed to have mango but it didn’t. The waitress didn’t know. Anyhow it wasn’t a huge deal. We left, got a drink, and retired for the evening. I did not appreciate the passive aggressive delivery of sliced mango (unordered) to my room at 930 pm from the restaurant when the do not disturb sign was emplaced. Also I do not appreciate being disturbed at breakfast 1 minute after sitting down by some Euro-trash manager. At checkout I asked for my car to be brought out. Nope… can’t do it so I got it myself . Don’t bother with this property… it’s overpriced and of no value.

Not really a 5 star place of honest. Check in was rushed and not very professional. I saw others sitting and having a relaxing welcome drink. Quite a difference. The shuttle to the nearby town is nice and the staff are friendly and competent. Room decor is nice and the hotel is well appointed. Pool and Spa. Sub par. All the water features are ice cold. Even the jacuzzi… cold. No adults only area…. So enjoy the screaming kids. Dinner was okay, but the food is not as advertised. One dish was supposed to have mango in it., but it didn’t. We pointed this out just to let them know the food wasn’t as advertised. No sooner than we entered our room, they sent a plate of mango to my room without us asking for it. This is passive aggressive behavior. Sad they feel they need to stoop to this low brow behavior. I refused it. It a nice place, but not worth the price point. The service is okay, but I would have rather driven another 2 hours to Schloss Elmau and enjoyed a true 5* experience.

Leider waren wir mit unserem letzten Erlebnis in diesem Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Aufgrund eines bedauerlichen Buchungsfehlers hatten wir versehentlich das falsche Datum reserviert (7.–9. Februar 2025 statt 7.–9. März 2025). Als uns der Fehler auffiel, haben wir das Hotel um Kulanz gebeten und waren bereit, eine Nacht zu bezahlen. Leider wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass dies die geltenden Bedingungen seien und man versuchen würde, das Zimmer weiterzuverkaufen – was wenig überzeugend wirkte… Obwohl die Zimmer ungenutzt blieben und keine Leistungen (WLAN, Spa, Verpflegung etc.) in Anspruch genommen wurden, wurde uns 90% des Aufenthaltes berechnet. Als wiederkehrende Gäste hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet. Stattdessen wurden wir strikt nach Richtlinien behandelt, ohne jegliches Verständnis für das Missverständnis. Diese Erfahrung war für uns sehr enttäuschend, und wir hätten uns eine kundenfreundlichere Lösung gewünscht. Wir werden wir dieses Hotel unter diesen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Anlage! Die zwei Golfplätze ein Traum, top gepflegt. Mega freundliches Personal sowie vielfältiges Angebot im Proshop. Wir nehmen immer eines der schönen, neuen Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Golfplatz. Eigentlich ist alles fünf Sterne wert aber einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Außenbereich am Pool. In der Woche, in welcher wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß, 35° und mehr. Nach dem Golfspiel sind wir immer gegen 15:00 Uhr an den Pool gekommen. Alle Liegen im Schatten belegt bis auf wenige in der prallen Sonne ohne Sonnenschirm. Alle Gäste haben sich wie die Ölsardinen mit ihren Liegen ganz eng unterhalb des Dachvorsprungs gelegt um im Schatten liegen zu können. Ich finde, das geht für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse (750€/Nacht überhaupt nicht. Die Handtücher für die Liegen muss man sich vorher unten im Untergeschoss/Spa holen!! Große Treppe!! Sehr umständlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber hoffen, dass dieses Problem nächstes Jahr nicht mehr besteht.

Schönes Zimmer, tolle und grosszügige Wellnessanlage, sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym, sensationelles Essen, fantastische Massage. Wir wurden in sämtlichen Bereichen äusserst freundlichen empfangen und behandelt. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und die 2 Tage sehr genossen.

Hier ist einfach alles toll, super Room Service, tolle Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal, Frühstücksbuffet, absolut gepflegt Golfplätze , ganz tolle Spa mit Event-Sauna, wir waren als Gruppe da und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Personal im Restaurant sehr aufmerksam

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Resort mit hochwertigen Zimmern und sehr freundlichem Personal. Am morgen kann man im großen Innenpool optimal Schwimmen. Etwas schwierig ist die Überbelegung des Spas im Laufe des Tages. An diesem Wochenende war es am Samstag Nachmittag nicht mehr möglich eine Liege im Spa Bereich zu bekommen. Ich reserviere grundsätzlich nicht schon am Morgen Liegen, wenn ich noch tagsüber unterwegs bin. Hier wäre es aber angebracht gewesen. Ich hab am Mittag gerade noch eine Liege im Pool Bereich am zugigen Bereich an der Tür nach aussen ergattern können. Vielleicht sollte man die Auslastung des grundsätzlich sehr schönen Spa mit vielen zusätzlichen Day Spa Besuchern überdenken. Wirklich entspannend ist es nicht. Dahingegen war der Empfang, Frühstücksangebot und die Zimmerausstattung des Resorts toll.
